Saudi Arabia is a well-known and long-term source of international terrorism going back before the 9/11 attack since al Qaeda had been running for considerably longer. Most of the 9/11 bombers came from Saudi Arabia. There has been ongoing insurrection sponsored by Saudis via ISIS in their ongoing non-war with Iran for which they have been pulling hard for the US to do it for them.
Moreover, the Saudi attacks on the relatively undefended nation of Yemen constitutes genocide and it continues to this day.

Barack Obama has provided material support to terrorists via sale of weapons to Saudi Arabia,
Barack Obama has provided military support in terms of advisors and on-site US military assets,
Barack Obama has thus been instrumental in supporting international terrorism.
