Cat surprised me to say cops in Germany are likely to pull you over between those hours. She always said they're invariably polite about it but they will inquire about drinking or drugs. Their record is clear on this as they rarely kill anyone. American cops are never polite unless they're brown-nosing the rich.
They were brown-nosing the shit out of Donald Trump today as he came to Fort Worth, who knew. There were cops all over the place and all with the Suburban kill wagons frequently used for illegal Stingray support and the beauty part is these vicious bastards are extra-tax freeloaders identified as 'special cops' on their helmets.
