Talking to Cadillac Man About CIA Narcotics Trafficking

CIA corruption and how it got that way has been a large focus with Cadillac Man and it started with Harry Truman authorizing formation of the CIA during his administration.  The organization almost immediately turned into a monster and Truman regretted ever permitting them to exist.  Eisenhower thought he could control them but the problem just got worse and the heroin smuggling out of Southeast Asia after Johnson escalated in Vietnam established the CIA as being among the biggest narcotics traffickers.

Some of that CIA corruption was dramatized in "Air America" but that developed to be only the warm-up for Afghanistan which has the largest heroin production capability anywhere.  Prior to the American invasion, the Taliban had reduced heroin production in Afghanistan to near zero but the CIA fixed that and Afghanistan is at or above its pre-Taliban production levels.

Note 1:  there are far more 'defense contractors' (i.e. CIA) in Afghanistan than actual military by a ratio of about 2:1 since only about a third is compromised of real military.  This has been true for years and it's been reported many times but I don't recall if CNN (i.e. Channel for Non-News) carried it.

Note 2:  heroin production and opium production are used synonymously even when they're not.  Afghanistan produces enormous amounts of opium now.

The reasons for the charges are the same as ever, the logistical problem in moving at least one ton of heroin and another ton of cocaine to supply America each day is far beyond the capabilities of any so-called drug kingpin and the CIA is the only outfit with enough grease, malevolence, and enough power to do it.

The estimation of one ton of heroin today is based on conservative estimates for the number of addicts in America and an estimate for a gram per day of heroin required per addict.  Based on those numbers, it will take a ton or more of heroin to supply them every day.

The same is true for cocaine and consumption is likely to be even higher but quibbling over the precise numbers is not important relative to the much larger scale of the endemic corruption in the government which permits it to happen.

Maybe you recall Oliver North and Iran / Contra in which, yep, he was trading in drugs and weapons.  Because Reagan was behind it, the Establishment just went wink, wink, boys will be boys but the fact remains narcotics were part of the deal and North ultimately became yet another hero for freedom on Fox News.  R. Lee Ermey was the drill sergeant in "Full Metal Jacket" and what do you think he would have done about what North did to his beloved corps.

We observed how narcotics come across the borders into America like the borders are nothing more than colanders and there's a constant effort to divert attention from that with a huge focus on it any time a drug mule is busted but they're usually not carrying more than a kilo and it would take a thousand of them every day just to supply the heroin alone.  It would take a thousand more for the cocaine.  Once in a while, they bust a few tons at sea but that's only enough for a few days and you hardly ever hear about large-scale heroin interdiction.

When there's major drug trafficking, the CIA is never far removed from it and this has been true for the last fifty years.  The organization is now so corrupt and powerful, it's almost impossible to stop them as we have seen in the exceptional distortions regarding Russian hacking, etc.

Ed:  you're calling Obama a dope dealer?

Heroin consumption went through the roof under his watch and he has supported the CIA like they're blood brothers.  What other conclusion would you draw.

- Laurence Fishburne in "Boyz in the Hood"

Ed:  this is such racist bullshit!

Where do you see this racism, my brothers and sisters.  Laurence Fishburne speaks the truth while Obama speaks something else.  Obama never did anything about the heroin and never even did anything about Big Pharma and their abuses of antidotes for heroin overdoses by outfits such as EpiPen, etc.

Ed:  so what's the point?

Absolute power corrupts absolutely and skin color is not a consideration.

Ed:  that's so magnanimous when you get afraid for what happens to white neighborhoods.

I don't live in a white neighborhood and my thinking hasn't changed since I was young except to gather more detail.  Today I have a better forum so my thoughts are better known but there has been no change at all.
