Foggy in Fort Worth

The fog isn't deep enough to get really mystical but it still adds a gentleness to things.

The focus is weak but you get the idea.  It was trying to autofocus but couldn't quite manage it.  In any case, it's wet and nasty out there but at least one spider is doing ok.  This is the same place where the little beastie was camping yesterday so I guess it must be good hunting there.

This still probably won't inspire thoughts of Stephen King movies but I like the softness of it.

Last evening, there was the Packers vs Cowboys in Dallas and there was a tornado warning near the end of the game because the Texas weather gods must have been seriously pissed when the Cowboys lost.  They shouldn't have been too pissed, tho, since from what I heard it was one hell of a game and tight contest to the last seconds.  We will skip the editorial on the rich man's sport as it cost four thousand dollars per ticket.

Money doesn't buy everything and it wouldn't buy your way out of the stadium at the end of the game because of the tornado warning.  There was some muttering about those bloody Fascists and their three-hour post-game lockdown but I'm not sure officials had a better move with a live tornado warning in-play.
