Reaction to Blackhawk's Air Mercs America is Surprising

There was the expectation of a death squad coming for me from the CIA over the previous article but the actual result was a surprising level of interest.  (Ithaka:  Murder by Contract by Blackhawk's Air Mercs America)

That was overnight when the audience is least likely American but it's not Russians coming, probably because they have decades of experience with this kind of treachery.  It's unusual to see but no way to tell the actual audience except mostly it's American.  There's no one size for Americans since about fifty percent are just going along with it.  The audience must be the other fifty percent and that enthusiasm is unusual to see.

America is solely culpable for the depravity of the CIA and the evidence of their demonism is abundant but patriotic myopia prevents integrating the information or, in some cases, even considering it.

The CIA / NSA weren't vicious and evil enough for America so, God bless, they invented Blackhawk, contract merc killers.  There's no telling how deep into a mephitic pit of Hell they had to go to dredge that kind of evil.

Creating death squads of that nature is a singularly stupid thing to do when they're notoriously fickle and highly-motivated toward self-preservation.

There's a similar situation with patriotic fiscal myopia since they (both primary parties) say they vote for the economy but every vote goes for more murder and every damn one of the conflicts was started by America.

Ed:  when both parties advocate murder then my vote for either Dem / GOP economy is fair

When both parties advocate murder, your ballot isn't a vote but your sign of acquiescence.

In any case, voting for the economy is irrelevant when the tax rates didn't change significantly since Reagan and all that came from his genius was over twenty trillion in debt which is yet another tax, albeit implicit, on Americans.

Note:  the tax is to pay the interest on the national debt.  The U.S. pays off its debt like a teenager pays off a VISA card.  Taxes mean nothing to the rich since they're not affected by them.  They have no more engagement with any of this than comes in reviewing a balance sheet.

That I have not heard a CIA death squad yet doesn't mean one won't come.  If anything I write seems to end prematurely, you will know what ...

Zen Yogi:  thanks be to the Great Chicken I saved him.  That was close.

(whew ... shakes it off)

As I was saying, a kid with his under-minimum wage job pulls back about two grand a month in take-home pay.

Call it $500 a month to live in a dump which sucks or live with roommates which also sucks.

If he goes for that new Mustang, let's say $500 a month since he will stretch the payments to six or seven years to ensure he pays as much interest as possible, most likely at the highest rates because he's a worthless kid.

Add at least $200 a month for insurance on that beauty of a car.

We can't assume he has medical since many times those jobs don't give it or run the low-pay people at less than full-time hours so they aren't required to cover them.

Maybe you want to say $200 for food but there's a not a kid in America who could live on $50 worth of chow each week without outstanding training on how to be broke.  Add a girlfriend to this glorious mix and someone has to pay for dinner.

It looks to me like three quarters of his gold is already gone so that's when he gets the advisory from VISA that he's been automatically approved because they saw his selfie on Instagram.  He needs the card since most of his cash is blown and he needs some things for the pad.

Zen Yogi:  like an iPhone?

Only $1000 so just show us your card.

Zen Yogi:  that isn't what you were saying, Silas

Rats.  Those mortars from the death squad must have shaken me a little bit.

Zen Yogi:  that was one really stupid kid

They're kids, my furry buddy, and they do stupid things.  It's one of the coolest things about being a kid since you can do stupid things and people blow it off because, well, he's a kid.

Zen Yogi:  kids shoot each other

That's not an example of a stupid thing but rather a vicious, murderous, and sociopathic thing.

Zen Yogi:  that comes from drugs?

It comes more from selling drugs and that conveniently takes us back up to the top since there would be no heroin to sell if not for the patriotic efforts of the CIA and Blackhawk.

Zen Yogi:  the CIA took "The French Connection" as an instructional video

They did indeed but they do it better since they do it to thundering applause.

WIKI:  The French Connection (film)

The Old Man: Ain't nobody from outside bringing down the property value. It's these folk, shootin' each other and sellin' that crack rock and shit.

Furious Styles: Well, how you think the crack rock gets into the country? We don't own any planes. We don't own no ships. We are not the people who are flyin' and floatin' that shit in here.

Your math is horrendous
A minimum wage employee only grosses about $1200 per month.
$500 per month would buy about $30000 worth of car at 6 years. But he would not qualify. He would have to get a car at $4000 used car at about at a corner lot tote the note dealer and pay $60 per week for 3 years or a little over twice the value of the car. Insurance at state minimums with average record would be another $75 per month.
Rent could be had for $500 utilities included in a less desirable part of town.
$50 per week is easily doable for food beans rice ramen noodles.
If a girlfriend is involved the income doubles but not the expenses
There is no Visa card as he only qualifies for prepaid cards.
More likely to borrow money at the Check Cashing company which makes Visa look like saints.
I gave you several examples of down and out people rebuilding their lives in today's economy. The are idealistic hopes. They are real people with real results.
So if someone wants to succeed they surely can just have hustle

There's never a word about the military

I have agreed many times that military spending is out of control. Most of your post are just variations of the same theme. Politicians are lying thieves and Military spending is the reason for all ills. I can't change either. I can only do my best to help people live better within those parameters
I was only commenting on your example of said young man.
