S.F. Edge Trophy Full Race | Goodwood Racing Circuit | #75MM

Even if you don't particularly fancy automobile racing, you may enjoy watching this one since it features ancient vehicles from the Roaring Twenties.

The capabilities of these vehicles really surprised me as they're making more power and speed than I would have thought they could manage.  That sounds like just another automobile race but it really isn't.  This also isn't some easy parade for old zeroes who just collect cars either.

#20 is a 1921 GN Curtiss and Walter drives it like a go-kart.  They give each other some surprisingly good racing in a collection of the craziest racing cars you may ever see.  The vehicles are crazy but they're driven with great respect and there is no crashing and banging.

Here's all kinds of photographic goodness and it satisfies the Rockhouse requirement of No Damn Slideshows.  (Sports Car Digest:  Edwardian Monsters Invade Goodwood – Photo Gallery)

It's tough to tell but #15 might be another of these 1921 GN Curtiss Thunderbugs and that's one brisk 1920s automobile.  The car looked like it might actually be fun to drive.
