Forcing People to Listen to Ann Coulter by Lawsuits

Two conservative groups have filed a lawsuit against the University of California Berkeley for an alleged ‘secret policy’ which discriminates against outspoken conservative speakers and infringes on First Amendment rights.

RT:  Berkeley students file lawsuit over canceled Ann Coulter speaking engagement

There's no secret policy, kiddie kids; Ann Coulter just isn't Berkeley material.  In fact, she isn't even close to Berkeley material.  She's one of the reasons people go to Berkeley in the first place, to make a future for themselves which goes beyond the simple dreams of vicious harpies on Fox News.  There is a better world and none of them are in it.  I've seen it and we called it every other time in America except now.

The suit claims that voices that fall outside of the “campus orthodoxy” have been stifled and alleges that authorities in Berkeley have "systematically and intentionally suppressed constitutionally-protected expression by the plaintiffs...  simply because that expression may anger or offend students, UC Berkeley administrators, and/or community members who do not share Plaintiffs' viewpoints."

Noooo, silly li'l snowflakes, she's not being stifled; she's being hated.  Learn to understand the difference and how the fuck did you get admitted to Berkeley anyway?  There was a time when the standard was higher.

It's not clear why simple scribes are given so much attention since university is typically where one studies philosophers such as John Stuart Mill, one of the greatest ever, and then Ann Coulter shows up.  WTF?  (WIKI:  John Stuart Mill)

Mill was a proponent of utilitarianism, an ethical theory developed by his predecessor Jeremy Bentham, and contributed significantly to the theory of the scientific method.

No wonder Republicans never heard of him, huh?  How about we ask Annie girl to speak for an hour about him rather than herself.  Do you think she could do it.

By the way, Annie:  I don't want to buy your book and this is possibly the shittiest way I ever heard to try to push second-rate work.  Maybe tour with Bill O'Reilly whose significance won't last any longer than the average Beastie Boys song.

Remember them?

Me either.

Apparently Coulter thinks she has something to offer and it just busts her bony ass that people aren't interested in hearing her saying the same things she's been saying repeatedly for years.  She's a fucking Leslie Gore record with no melody and she dares to walk the same ground as the greatest philosophers in history?  Fucking why when she never learned anything from any of them previously.

Tip to Annie:  it's not your party, honey, and this would be a good time to piss off.  No-one wants to marry you and no-one even wants to hear you.  This hasn't ever been your team and won't ever be in the future without destroying us which, of course, you're perfectly willing to do.

Have a nice day, sweet lady.

If you dont remember them how do you note them
I dare say that many do remember them since they were inducted into the RnR Hall of Fame.
Hell it is only a simple 1st amendment issue.
Wether you agree or disagree with her views she has the right to spew them.
Even your boy Bernie is defending her right to appear and speak.
He said if all you can do is boo and try and shut her down it is a sign of intellectual weakness.
His preference is a calm questionong and exposing her weakness.
Or you can just boo and shout disparging remarks and name calling.
I dont like her or what she says but she has the right to say it.
I dont agree with a lot of Bernie but here he is right.

Animals like her have no business on the planet, much less at Berkeley which has been typically good at keeping such riff raff out. She's a hateful, malignant, horror.

So much for the free speech. I will defer to Bernies comments
