Fiscal Conservatism is Pointless with the Pentagon Running Amok

Lotho has been highly earnest in promotion of Tennessee's approach to an effective tax solution for widespread college-level education.  While I know he's not doing that as a distraction, I do know others are and you could burn every public school to the ground in America and the savings wouldn't even run the Pentagon for a day.  That single black hole of indifferent death costs half a trillion a year.

In the face of that, budget savings elsewhere don't matter.  Washington also uses savings at NASA as if that matters in any way relative to the Pentagon budget; it's not even a tiny fragment.  Those kinds of offerings from Washington are most certainly distractions since all of them from Trump to that nag he defeated push hard not only to continue spending that half trillion a year but increase it.  Obama increased it last year.

We keep telling you the only Democrats in Washington are Bernie Sanders and Tulsi Gabbard and it's amazing how the blame from everyone for that travesty of election landed on them.  You will relentlessly about libs, libtards, etc, etc on Twitter but none of them have any idea what the words mean and the ones they criticize (i.e. neoliberals) are not much different from they.

When they're all bombers, how is it possible to save a dime.  They take the money and they fucking burn it since you all can see the military has not gained anything whatsoever in the foreign conflicts, just as is their tradition back to WWII.

I appreciate Lotho's earnest thinking on the matter but it's not going to solve the problem.  None of the discussion would even be necessary except for the rampaging abuses of the world being committed by the Pentagon.

Note:  I agree substantial strategic thinking is needing for a quality educational system and I see Lotho is willing but I don't expect much from the beancounters.

One of the fundamentals to the Democratic Party platform is defense of the borders but no preemptive attacks outside them.  In that context, see above about the only Democrats remaining in Washington.

Get a cowboy hat for this one since money goes through the Pentagon like shit through a dadgum goose.

All of that has been to the thunderous applause of the wardogs who say they're not wardogs now (e.g. Clinton, etc).

We can watch them on TV with their suits and ties while they look so determined in their discussions of cost savings, etc.

Pop quiz:  what the fuck difference does it make?

That sideshow with their MOAB some days ago cost sixteen million just for the bomb and who knows how much to get it delivered.  So how about a segue from that to talking about cutting school lunch programs to save money.   (Deagel:  The GBU-43/B, also known as Massive Ordnance Air Blast (MOAB))

It makes no sense whatsoever when the military can blow that entire cost in a millisecond.

There's just no way to take it seriously but "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" isn't particularly funny so I need a better move.  I found some asshole who's selling a submachine gun which fires over two hundred rounds at unbelievable speed.  Yah, it's legal to sell that here.  Welcome to America.

The only thing more dangerous than a wingnut with a gun is a wingnut with a submachine gun.

You thinking is just as I would expect. Why bother trying to solve problems that you can just ignore it all and blame the military spending.
Who is cutting school lunch. Here we are expanding it to include thr summer and vacation times simce if they can afford food during school they probably cant when school is out . So instead of blaming military spending we work on solution we can implement
Sorry that you are so nihilistic but we all must be somewhere.
I prefer to attempt to change that which I can

Seems that we ARE solving tbe problem in spite of government spending waste. The next hurdle is to pass college/tech school funding for all adults not just recent HS graduates or young adults who missed that qualification but want to return to college. This bill will cover all adults.
So votes do matter, leters to respresntatives do matter
Or sit back and whine about how nothimg can work because they bought another tank.
I am sorry for the world of despair and lack of hope that you live in.
Maybe a breath of fresh air or feeling the warmth of sunshine on your face instead of smoke and the harsh glow of a computer screen might help.

Washington isn't solving anything and any 'we' has nothing to do with them.

I'm sure your criticism amuses you since you do it quite a bit. However, here's a pop quiz: when did you ever say anything positive about me, my music, my writing, or much of anything for that matter.

If that thinking is what you expect then you completely wasted your time reading the blog.

I am a very positive person.
I have commented about how well you write many times.
If I dont like your music then it is best that I dont comment. If you like it then that is what matters not if I like it or not.
I lived through years of your sekf centered playing with no concern if anyone wanted to listen or not. Oncr the parents left the houde you eould turn up your amps as loud as you wanted noy caring if I had worked til 3 in the morning and needed sleep before my next shift. But that isnt why I dont like your music. I find it boring repetitive unproduced drone.
I just preger to actually try to make changr around me instead of ranying incessantly and doing nothing to try ti change anything at all.
The We are the people are actually working fir change

If that were true, you wouldn't need to tell anyone and you wouldn't need to elevate yourself by busting me. It's cheap and it ought to be beneath you.
