Because Sometimes You Need a Little Lemur

Cologne, Germany

A newborn red ruffed lemur hangs in a net in Cologne zoo. Two black-and-white ruffed lemurs and one red ruffed lemur were born recently

Now that's one tiny lemur and welcome to the world, tiny lemur fellow or tiny lemur maiden as your case may be.

One thing we know it is not asking at this moment is, "What's up?"

Lemurs are always up.

This incredibly cute animal is NOT a pet.  He is nocturnal and you will come to hate him in time.  Leave him be.

Check out those little hands.  Its thumb is nearly opposed.

Ed:  he may be your long-lost son, Silas!

That's my thought as well.  The regulars may recall how my house in Madagascar was burned by Jehovah's Witnesses who claimed it was infested with demons.  My son, Max the Mad Lemur, barely escaped with his life but I could never find him after that.

Ed:  was it?

Was it what?

Ed:  was your house infested by demons?

Of course but I hardly see how that's any of their business.

Beloved Maxwell, it must be you!
