Mar-a-Lago is vastly better than any crumby President ever had before so why should Donald Trump stay anywhere else and at least Trump held short of one thing: there hasn't been any report of signs being erected which read: Donald Trump Slept Here.

Ethics concerns?
Holy fuck! How could there possibly be ethics concerns, particularly after Hillary Clinton used the State Department to promote her fake charity which she promptly folded when she couldn't sell influence anymore.
While Donald Trump has brought mountains of sleaze to the White House, he does not as yet appear to have brought the kind of criminal corruption we saw with Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon. Cadillac Man was somewhat pissed about slashing LBJ but there's no dodging the fact he started the Vietnam War nor how he started it (i.e. Gulf of Tonkin hoax). Nixon was just as much a murderous bastard as LBJ and it's likely reasonable to say I would never have been drafted if not for Nixon's escalation; however, you have never heard me blame Nixon for it.
Note: go ahead and burn up some circuits researching the history, li'l chipmunks, but it's not there. I do blame America; I don't blame Nixon. LBJ fucked Nixon into the position and Nixon fucked-up how he handled it. I absolutely will not give LBJ a pass for that. I also do not give Nixon a pass for blind incompetence although, as Lotho has noted, Nixon was a far better President in many ways than Trump.
It was Lotho's observation that Richard Nixon signed to authorize the EPA which Donald Trump now tries to destroy.
When I write anything about how much I loathe fake Democrats, it goes all the way back to LBJ. Obama and Clinton weren't even original about that. I loathe them and I've got long-standing reason. Bernie Sanders is a real one and, not surprisingly, the fake Democrats hate him because he won't kill people like LBJ.
There's not a tiny chance of whitewashing Richard Nixon since he was a highly-intelligent man but he was racist to the bone and he allowed simple sentiments to override his logic. He was a severely-damaged human but he might actually have been a great one under different circumstances.
LBJ was just a politician and there's nothing much more to say about him. His War on Poverty was bullshit since he was preferentially sending low-income people, typically black, to Vietnam. He was one of the Democratic Party's worst.
But do contact the State Department soon since we're sure they have some other properties on offer and at least this is cooler than using them to contact Clinton for crooked arms deals.

Nixon may or may not have been a racist but he substanially raising spending levels of most of the entitlement programs. As noted previously he was a better democrat than any you have today based o. his domestic social programs including nominating most of the SCOTUS judges who voted for Roe v Wade
I havent seen a Trump accomplishment yet so it would be hard to rate him against other presidents good or bad as he has no record yet
Trump has no accomplishments. He's just a vandal and shows no signs of going beyond that.
