Was talking with Cadillac Man and it came up about why the deeper interest in things now relative to previous times and having the time to do it is obvious but the bigger one, I think, is the choice. More than at any other time, choice is not contingent on any kind of approval. If something is interesting then it's worthwhile and otherwise it's bollocks.
