Genetic Culpability in Criminal Prosecution

Thought-crime has been hugely popular with American cops lately as these days a conspiracy to join ISIS is anyone who reads al Jazeera and jerks off.  Hey, wtf, Ted Nugent says he likes to get naked and watch Megyn Kelly while he cleans his guns.  That's a conspiracy of something but we don't want to find out what it may be.

Being busted for something you didn't do but might do someday is straight out of "1984" but that's only a tiny piece of the nightmare, it gets so much better.

Only introduced for the purpose of public shaming, genetic culpability in crime has so much more potential and police scientists are working on DNA matching to find others likely to commit the same crime (i.e. typically members of the same family) and thus, for the protection of society, they need to be arrested too.


Currently it's necessary to commit some crime against a child before there is any prosecution but modern real-time thought-crime analysis permits discovery of those most likely to commit crimes of perversion against children and can arrest them as a defensive measure for the protection of society.  Such people are easily discovered through their Internet habits in terms of things they fetch, sites they visit, places they go, identified friends and associates, etc.  This evidence is sufficient for an open and shut case of thought-crime.  You thought it, you did it, you're busted.

Naturally, society's first duty is to relax caution only when appropriate to do so.  Given the heinous nature of crimes against children, it's a reasonable and prudent sociological prophylactic measure to arrest the remainder of the family given the high probability, as indicated by their DNA maps, the others in the family will have a predilection for committing the same crime.

We're sure you will agree this advance in thought-crime and genetic analysis will bring great benefits to all in its defense and protection of society and is a reasonable solution which is most beneficial to the greatest number and is therefore the best for humanity.
