"Atom Heart Mother" Live | Théâtre du Chatelet | Pink Floyd

It must be a real drag for the Floyd when people only want to hear "Comfortably Numb" all the time and this one goes way back.

You will see right away this is not Pink Floyd playing the set but I believe you will be pleased with their rendition.  It's much more symphonic than their later music and that may make it less approachable but roll with it.  If you're willing, it's a musical adventure but you need almost thirty minutes for it.

It's the symphonic integration which makes this so exotic since it even includes a choir and the musicality of any work by Pink Floyd is extraordinary but this one interleaves everything from everywhere.

Ed:  ever'thing is ever'thing, man!

True, it is, my brother.  The only instrument missing in this one is an udu but maybe they sneaked one in there somewhere too.

Note:  an udu is an African instrument with a large, roundish appearance and it can make all kinds of sounds but often it produces a deep bassy voice for kind of a drone effect.
