Most Insane Wingsuit Stunt You Will See All Day (GoPro video)

This kind of thrillseeking isn't high on my personal approval list as there's little to no backout if something goes wrong.  Nevertheless, it's one hell of a trick and you will see from the video that Uli Emanuele has planned the jump from the ground and the air before doing it.

There's such a vast pointlessness to this insofar as there is a huge risk to accomplish not very much.  It must be an incredible thrill and the video will titillate a great many people, maybe even make you some money, but it has no practical application except maybe in a James Bond movie stunt.

(Ed:  so how is it not pointless to race five hundred miles to get to the same place?)

Certainly true and there may be no difference at all.  At two hundred mph, anyone who makes a mistake will probably die just as spectacularly as the Wingman.

Maybe all of this is complete crap and we should all stay home, diligently avoiding gluten, to work always toward improving our visions of ourselves.  We won't actually do anything but we will feel better about doing nothing.

Screw it.  You've got to take the leap as otherwise you'll end up thinking a date with baggage like Jennifer Lawrence is an exciting idea.  (She's the Queen of Anti-Vax and some estimable movies)

As to exciting women, check out Milla Jovovich in "The Story of Joan of Arc" as there is such immense passion in her.  She was cool in "The Fifth Element" but she was superlative in "Joan of Arc."  If you can fly through a mountain at 200 mph with nothing but vinyl wings then maybe, just maybe, you could be cool enough for her.
