Could Be Time for Lasers

Even though it's frivolous, time-wasting crap, the kit is all started and there will likely be some video shooting with the lasers on the Galaxy Guitar.

I forgot the fogger was set to blow continuously and it had power for warming but I got a bite to eat and after a while the room started filling with smoke.  That always happens after eating Mexican food but this is Chinese which tastes surprisingly unsucky although the smoke did not add much.

The head cam wasn't in it last night but it really needs to be since what else will see lasers coming off the guitar better.

I'm kind of thinking of some dragon riding.  I know Sanders is willing to ride dragons.  He said he won't wear a tux to the Inauguration because it's a symbol of the upper class.  This guy has so much dudeness he probably has more he hasn't even used yet.

Meanwhile to locate the oblivious profundicus ...

(Ed:  I thought it was impossible to find.  It's a Zen thing.)

Well, there are difficulties, to be sure.

I feel in a big way everything I play now has to be a fookin' symphony or it's crap.  There's still a huge lot to be said for getting shit-faced and playing for the hell of it.

Ah, here's an excellent reason ... "Ride the Dragon" is on the "Ride the Dragon" CD ... but ... it's fifteen minutes from a live set.  It kind of pissed me off it ran so long so this is an opportunity to record it again.

So much for 'just for the hell of it' but that's ok but it's still ok to play for no reason because sometimes the only way to find the reason is when we do not have one already.

(Ed:  oh.hell.no.  We are NOT playing Zen Bingo tonight!)

It looks like things are just about dialed for doing this ... apart from being, well, 1:30 am.  That might not have been such great planning.

Thank you, Yevette, for putting up with a lunatic who does things like this.  The smoke isn't as thick up front but it definitely goes everywhere.

The lighting is quite a bit different since the primary lasers won't be active.  What I'm hoping is the video will be stable enough for Tinkerbell to watch it and that's not possible with the lasers because there's too much flashing or the impression of it.

The room will be significantly darker so that should give greater drama to the lasers on the Galaxy Guitar as the ones on the light rack are much more powerful.  These ones do not flash or make patterns but rather shoot unwavering beams from the head of the Galaxy Guitar.

Looks like just about time to start the launch program.  I will upload it ... if it doesn't suck.  Three cameras will be running.
