Doc's Mondo Delicioso Idea Comes True

Right now I have in front of me a plate of the legendary Curry Chicken from Amol India in Cincinnati.  The spicy taste of the curry right now lifts my taste buds into a heavenly orbit and they're up there singing.

Zen Yogi:  I wanna hear!

Believe me you don't want to hear any part of me singing anything, mate, but it's easy to tell those taste buds are happy ... ecstatic, in fact, since it's been years since my palate has been pampered by such exotic goodness.  Oriental restaurants usually offer a Curry Chicken dish so I've been ordering that dish for many years and I've looked for it anyplace I thought just might have it.  I never found the dish prepared with the fantastic red curry sauce Amol India uses and that's why the tremendous enthusiasm for having it here now.

Doc, this was ingenious and so perfectly chosen.  I doubt there's much or anything which could have surprised me so much.  Deep thanks, mate.

354 Ludlow Avenue in Clifton in Cincinnati and you see their telephone number.  It's not a big, luxy restaurant and is instead a small and unassuming place but, oh, the food.  Amol India has been a favorite with multiple in the family for years and in this part of the Clan, it still is.

Our ol' Dad was voracious and omnivorous so it was inevitable he would love it.  Our ol' Mother wasn't so enthusiastic about the spice and for more reasons than the taste but she still bravely accompanied him.  There are many associations with Amol India and they come to life in front of me with a plate of Amol India's finest.

Thanks again, Doc, and I appreciate it was no simple thing managing this gift as with Amazon where you can select something as a gift and, presto, it's done.  I know it was difficult and that adds all the more to my appreciation.
