Last Flogging from Hillary Clinton Supporters is Now Complete

While Jesus was actually tortured, Hillary Clinton supporters work differently from Roman Centurions since they slap you with smug and bloated liver lips until you die from suffocation.  As this went along, we were throwing off the Clinton and Trump supporters on Facebook so that vibe is largely purified and we seriously doubt we will hear of Hillary Clinton or George Clooney ever again.

We also dumped the Trump supporters, et al, as we have heard their puerile litany about Obama taking their guns for eight years and those whining pukes will be doing the same thing if America is so unfortunate as to give the gig to Clinton.

Note:  no-one will believe them anyway since she will surprise the hell out of everyone if she actually does anything she says.  Don't worry overmuch of that as Obama didn't (e.g. Middle East conflict still rages, taxes on the rich are still artificially low, and veteran suicides each day have been going up ever since 2001 - stats do not seem to be available for veteran suicides prior to that time).

Arnold Schwarzenegger made better spy movies than George Clooney anyway, largely because he can Tango, and with hotter women so, to that end, we have been watching "True Lies" here in the Rockhouse since what else more exemplifies this moment.  The movie features Tia Carrera starring as a super hot and slinky Bad Girl.  We want Bad Girls the most because we never heard of a sex fantasy about Betty Crocker and her ability to make pancakes.

(Ed:  that was Aunt Jemima!)

Yah, so.  Did you ever hear of a sex fantasy about her either (larfs).

There's a pic of Tia Carrera from "True Lies" so do you want to be, um, dating her or a Mouseketeer from Instagram.

We rest our case.

The process has been the Gleaning of America and that Nirvana-like state has now been achieved in understanding America is nothing more than a collection of special interests ... none of which are particularly interesting.  That epiphany took sixty-five years and (sob) it wouldn't have even taken sixty-five minutes to see anywhere else.

We have known all along noble goals rarely elicit interest and the answer isn't to abandon noble goals but rather dump those who will try to destroy them since we don't care about whatever banal reasons drive them.  The question of whether any goal is actually noble will attract far more people to tell you it isn't than will ever come to tell you there is actual nobility in it.

The music continues but with less and less thinking of performance.  Strength is improving after tanking quite a bit so the idea of live performance comes up every so often but mostly I blow it off since there's not much reason to do it.

Playing here I can dial the sound to almost exactly what I want and all I get out of playing live is a lot of audio hassle with it's too this or too that, something will be wrong with the sound, the play, or the phase of the Moon.  My thinking is it sounds fine here so roll with it or get a better Internet but they don't much like that answer.

The latest piece of kit to break was an echo/delay for the synth and that may be another power supply problem as with multiple other devices over time.  Half a dozen, maybe one or two more, spare power supplies still hang about from the checkered past ... but ... not one of them matches the output amperage for the one previously in use.  It's not clear if it's broken since the device still indicates it gets power but that doesn't always mean the power supply is really working.

There's no crisis in the power supply since it's twenty bucks to get another one but these damn things are the cock-a-roaches of a music studio because they break in infernally clever ways and they do it with great regularity and glee.

The only observation of any significance to the Rockhouse in Election 2016 after yesterday is no help is ever going to come, not now and not ever.

Well, ok.  There wasn't much hope of that anyway so that leaves the original best answer:  steal some more movies, cadge some more books, continue playing here and continue fading out elsewhere.

It's kind of a hard hit when it's so much in-yer-face as it is now but that pushes all the more the only thing which is important:  music.

The Prime Commandment really is 'play or die' and the earlier in life anyone understands that likely the more fruitful that musical life will be.  Some with the most magical of gifts know it from when they are children.  Therefore, get like a child or, better yet, don't ever lose that in the first place.

Do you believe there are fairies at the bottom of the garden?

If not then why not?  Did someone tell you that or did you go to look for yourself.  How do you know if you looked hard enough.

(Ed: is that just a prequel to a pitch for belief in the good Lord?)

The words mean what they say
and they're not some ridiculous play
to please and amuse
to queer and confuse
so please won't you have a nice day

Presto, the only clean limerick of all time.
