Bernie Sanders is the Only One Sounding Presidential

In the aftermath of the election, we have enthusiastically embraced the chaos around Donald Trump and it's been novel to observe the players.

Hillary Clinton has been bitching and moaning ever since the loss so she's got four years to work up a fantasy of how it was someone else's fault she failed.  She's additionally pissed because she tried to push Chelsea Clinton out there for Congress but no-one wants the chubby li'l Queen of White Privilege either.

Donald Trump has been thumping about being bureaucratic while he has assembled the most nefarious group of thugs for his cabinet since Ma Barker assembled her gang.

Neoliberals are blaming everyone but themselves while neocons congratulate themselves on the win, apparently not realizing liberals handed it to them because Clinton is such a disgrace to the Democratic Party.  Liberals have nothing to do with neoliberals.

Bernie Sanders understands the situation exactly and he's calling Trump's bluff.  It's my general thinking as well since we have been blackmailed by the Republican Party for decades with abortion and a number of other items in which they never really do anything substantive but they constantly nag.

The situation is now different and they have a clear field.

You want to kill abortion in America, Pence?  Don't answer since we already know you do and you have never had the imagination for anything else.  Go ahead and kill it.  Then stand by for what you did and that reaction will make the election aftermath look like little girls playing with teacups.

You want to kill MEDICARE / MEDICAID?  Sure, go ahead and kill those too.

Go ahead and kill Obamacare too as, wtf, it doesn't do anything and there won't be any windfall to the taxpayer for that reason.

You can't wreck the tax rate since Reagan already did and no-one did anything to fix it.  See above about liberals having nothing to do with neoliberals.

Bernie calls Trump on all those things while at the same time making clear he will be on Trump's ass every inch of the way, particularly when he starts pulling this racist bullshit toward Muslims.  All the others turned into ghosts and Obama becomes more farcical with every word he says.  (Salon:  Bernie Sanders slams Donald Trump’s infrastructure plan as “corporate welfare coming and going”)

Tulsi Gabbard has also been doing a splendid job in the aftermath.  She's relatively new but she has tremendous potential and we like her a lot.  Most of all, she's honest and she doesn't wobble.

You can tell who has the real Presidential stuff after the election and Bernie Sanders is the only one still standing with every bit of integrity he had when he started, something which isn't even close to true for any of the other candidates.

Meanwhile, The Guardian asks if Trump's hurt the Fourth Estate but the article doesn't even mention Jessica Valenti, just one of The Guardian's poser journos who was colluding with the Clinton campaign.  (The Guardian:  Trump v the media: did his tactics mortally wound the fourth estate?)

It's ludicrous as the only ones hurting the Fourth Estate ... were in the Fourth Estate.  All our favorite names were revealed in their Clinton collusion by WikiLeaks and this included Wolf Blitzer, Rachel Maddow, and a parade of the others.  (Ithaka:  Journo Simulacra Who Colluded with Hillary Clinton)

Then they accuse Trump of being the problem?  He's the news, darlin'.  The problem is you suck at reporting it objectively and therefore are not news but idle gossip.
