Where is the Muslim Reality Show and Which Network Has Balls to Broadcast It

Walked past the television and revealed, yet again, how extremists radicalize children and teach them weapons-handling.  Over and over, this exploitation features on the horrors of radicals and thereby amplifies the problem ... but they say and show little to nothing of Muslims living their lives.

What is the music sane Muslim people like to hear.  What kind of food do they prefer and would I like it.  What is it like living the life of someone who is reviled simply for wearing a scarf.  What of the billion or so Muslims who revere the Koran and abhor the violence of extremists.

Have you seen that?   Neither have I.

The reality shows feature endlessly the plastic Hollywood princesses who live to no purpose or point beyond clothes, make-up, and plastic surgery.  If there's time for superficial rubbish of that nature, where is the reality.

(Ed:  well, it will be funny when they hit middle age and buy Botox in liter-size bottles)

Not that funny, Silicone Man.

The only Muslim man I have known personally was one of the brightest people I have ever met and he was more than willing to engage in conversation with Kannafoot, the committed Catholic, the Muslim guy representing for his own philosophy, and Silas as the representative of not a hell of a lot but discussions were just as they have been here, dispassionate and intriguing.

(Ed:  isn't this fighting?)

I don't believe so as it's a challenge to do something positive rather than to square off and start waving hands at each other.  There's more duplicitous and disingenuous memery floating about onlines than Crayola has crayons but with a radical reduction in colors and the proposal is for reality rather disingenuous online hoaxmanship.

(Ed:  radical?)

What else is it when the only purpose is to incite hatred.

The biggest part of the relationship with our Muslim friend that you may have forgotten is with whom he developed his closest friendship. That's a friendship that continues today. Despite being half a continent away, they talk almost nightly, and whenever he's in town, the two of them get together for dinner nightly. What makes this so memorable is this our Muslim friend - a devout Sunni - is best friends with a Jew.

Three years ago, our Muslim friend gave me a Quran. I took the time to read it, and I wish every Christian on the planet would do the same. The misconceptions that exist about Islam and what is contained in the Quran are disturbing. Christians would be astonished at how much is written about Jesus, and they would be stunned to learn that an entire section is devoted to Mary.

If folks would read the Quran, they would know that what is being done by the radical Jihadists is not in keeping with that Book. As our Muslim friend has told me, the rest of the Muslim world doesn't speak out because they agree with the Jihadists, they don't speak out because they are terrified of them. I believe him.
