"The Committee of Two"

The Committee of Two has spoken,
it didn't have much to say.
There isn't any drama
and naught will come today.

Always are two roads to travel
but both come out the same
Most go on one for a pot of gold
with some help from a leprechaun

But there isn't any pot of gold
and there are no leprechauns
That road is still filled with magic
but none of it's much good

The other road goes nowhere
but you know that when you start
It only asks if you have courage
and do you have a heart

Are you living or are you dying,
now is the time to choose
Select wisely in this dilemma
since there's everything to lose

On the road with all the leprechauns
they want to try just one more thing
but none of their tricks has ever worked
and there's only one result they bring.

On the other road comes freedom,
that which comes is what you choose.
Many things pass by and go away
but this is not a thing to lose.
