Bush and Obama play chess like beginners and both have been as predictable as clocks. ISIS or whatever the latest fundamentalists call themselves play him like a pawn shop fiddle.
The drone warriors jump to their feet and scream, someone kill them for me. Just as Pavlovian goldfish, they're predictable to a fault.
There was America once but this isn't it. After Bush and Obama, we will be lucky if there's anything left of it.
The NSA has proven itself to be more a liability than an asset as they have failed to detect the biggest terror events in the world, every single time. They have never detected anyone thus far other than minor criminals and thugs. Insofar as they beguile the public with false promises, they deter vigilance rather than enhance it.
Cheney and his dog brought their phony war to Iraq fifteen years ago and Obama followed without any hint of imagination nor any glimmer of realizing his promises for peace.
No matter what else comes of this, the White House will find a way to disgrace itself and those who died ... again.
America won't solve this; it has never accomplished anything beyond exacerbating the problem. That which was once confined to the Middle East has exploded to the world. You reap what you sow but Europe pays the price for it.
We fervently hope the martyrs of Paris will be treated with greater respect than the martyrs of New York City who were used as political tools to the eternal disgrace of those who have done it.

But we know there will be no respect, it didn't happen the last time. Now we only wait for the bombs to fall here. It's only a matter of time now.
No matter what comes of this, CNN and Fox News will be making money on it ... until none of us make money on anything, there will be no further need of it. The only trade will be in shells and colorful rocks.
ABSOLUTE: We do not have any faint intention of defining the ones who did the killings as martyrs. They are not even soldiers because they deliberately murder civilians.
The martyrs are ONLY the ones who died because of them.

respect for the martyrs of Paris
really
Above all, yes.
I feel like I cry for myself and I hate that. It breaks my heart to see it happen all over again.
respect for ISIS martyrs that killed over a hundred innocent people including children
I surely hope I misundrrstand your use of martyr
Oh, hell no, I don't mean the ones who did the killings but rather the ones who died because of them. The ones who did it aren't even soldiers because they deliberately murder civilians.
I always thought to be a martyr onr must die voluntarily. Usually combined with a spitirual connection
Fair enough but calling them victims seems so weak to me. When so many die for nothing ... well ...
I guess the name is not very important but the feeling is what counts
It breaks out hearts the same for the people who are lost and not at all for the ones who did it.
