"In Your Courage" (poem ... because ... bathtubs)

In your courage find redemption
when you set aside your fears
you get closer to the heavens
and they will draw you near

In redemption there is love
and that will fill your heart
there's never love in killing
and we need a better start
for the children will be looking
to all the things we've done
will they find there loving
or will we give them only guns

In every star another soul
shines in billions to this Earth
will we show them hatred
or show them what we're worth
in the love and all the kindness
we can ever give or say
In the morning comes their rebirth
when we start another day.
