Maybe every man wants to drive a Ferrari flat out sometime and this is likely the closest most of us will end. Revel in the sound of twelve cylinders.

Judging by how much he dances the steering wheel around, she must be a flighty lady but she was leading at the end of the clip. It seemed to me he had better cornering ability and more speed but neither were enough to just zip around anyone. There's some nervy dicing toward the end and it's executed beautifully.
The beautiful exhaust note of the V12 goes to another exhaust note I've been trying to identify. It was sounding like a Mustang with a lot of horses but there's a pick-up truck around here doing the same thing in constantly driving like he's at a drag strip. The interest is the note is incredibly strong so there are real ponies behind it and I think some of those hotrod Mustangs are 400-500 hp box stock, maybe more. It seems likely the same or similar motor would turn up in an F-150.
I heard that exhaust note yesterday and saw the Mustang which was making it so that's definitely a match and the only variable remaining is how many horses but I'm guessing a lot. Unknown how common such 500+ hp Mustangs would be but maybe they're all over the place by now.
When I see someone hot-footin' it in a car, it's almost always a Mustang. The trucks try to sound bad ass but mostly I guess they push how much torque they've got so, yeah, great, catch you at the next tractor pull ... or not.
