Built during another time it was tough in America and this came from FDR's New Deal in 1930. It's now almost ninety years later and it's not even showing that much wear although used quite heavily.

It seems obvious most U.S. politicians are too lazy to consider multiple languages but the world pays little attention to such unidimensional thinking.
Meanwhile, the CCPD watches over all of it.
Fort Worth cops drive white cruisers so you know if there's a B&W behind then it's Dr Phil looking for a curbside shrink job to try to shake out of you an excuse to search the car. They are not funded in the same way as normal city cops and represent what is possibly one of the most dangerous phenomena in America. If there is money and they can make the faintest case it will be used for drugs, they can and will take it with almost no chance you will get it back. For everything that's wrong with American law enforcement, you can find it in the CCPD.
The cops in the white cruisers are regular cops doing regular cop things but the CCPD cops are the ex-military steroids monkeys and they're extremely dangerous, heavily-armed, and nearly psychotic.
