There has been a bit of a discussion on what is the strangest thing I'm willing to eat. Whether this discussion is happening just to see whether I will do it is not clear but I win as I really will try this stuff and here is the latest:
Here we have pasta with sliced olives, sliced jalapeños, diced tomatoes and feta cheese with a glorious bath in olive oil.
Verdict: Delicious!
Other concoctions I have tried and found quite delightful:
Olives, jalapeños, and honey
Apple slices, jalapeños, honey
Who needs candy! This stuff is amazingly good and so damn healthy your body won't believe you're eating it!

You seem to have. A jalapeno fixation bro.
Fixation? Addiction? I'll answer to either one! (laughs)
I love 'em and I'll eat 'em straight out of the jar. They give great heat without it being overpowering and they also have an interesting taste. You can simply jolt anything with tabasco but it depends on the dish as to whether that's useful. Cayenne is every Indian cook's friend and India is also the home of the ghost pepper which is, I believe, currently tied for the hottest pepper in the world. I don't see any useful cooking point in extreme heat, tho.
