I didn't spot military insignia on these guys so unclear if they're goons or what but the guns work the same either way.
Even if nothing else in the video does it for you, check out the kit on the rider's bike and that motor sounds highly beefy as well. These guys must be some serious long-distance riders. Thankfully, they did ride off to do more touring although it's a safe bet it won't be here.
