Maybe Too Heavy on the Artsy Fartsy so What Else is There

All links are to Science Daily and the articles are abstracts for works published in accredited journals.  We know you have time for nothing less.

Sixth sense' protects drivers except when texting

This is not about telepathy or seeing the people from the future but rather what's the actual response under various circumstances.  I'm not equipped for the deep science of it but I considered it worth reading more.

Highway noise deters communication between birds

Of interest because it's another reason alternatives to that type of human transportation become more attractive, specifically testing of the HyperLoop in Las Vegas.

Various alternatives to Einstein's model float about but so do confirmations of it.

It's the fascination in me, maybe in you, for who are we and where did we come from.

(Ed:  you don't think this is artsy fartsy?)

Actually I was wondering if it's too stiff.  It can't play to comedy as that only ridicules me but playing it straight isn't going to make anyone bust out laughing.  Maybe there's comedy in showing the original and then contemplation of what CNN or Fox would have done with it but that seems highly weak as well.

Whoa, here's a new one about how to make highway interchanges safer.  Looks quite clever as a roundabout won't work at highway speed.

Innovative traffic interchanges help drivers avoid crashes, save lives

(Ed:  where's the comedy?)

When you get through an interchange without getting smacked is all the funny we need!
