Getting All Warm and Cuddly on a Blog

Maybe y'all like to cuddle with computers but we don't and most who do go to Facebook and watch cat videos.  It's become the soma of the New Age.  (Ref:  "Brave New World" - Aldous Huxley)

(Ed:  I read that in school!)

Too bad so few others did, huh.

(Ed:  sure they did!)

Do you see any evidence they understood it.  Maybe ask on Facebook, huh?  (larfs)

Do you seriously reject that those people are drugged to the point of insensibility with their cheap twenty-first century soma?  No need to list the drugs as you know what they are.  People may have a fair shot at me as to disagreement with positions but it's not likely I will be accused of insensibility until I start dribbling on myself.

Note:  there will always be a thin skin about ganja as that's been attacked so many times in my life I ought to get medals for it.

Trying to be warm and cuddly has destroyed one RL live set after the other because that's not how things get warm and cuddly, that concept is ludicrous for me to approach.  Yesterday I ran an article about a really beautiful thing happening in Germany toward integration with immigrants / refugees but there was little interest.

(Ed:  is the relentless analysis in terms of anthropology and psychology going to be unremitting?)

Those two aspects of life are the drivers for what we do and reporting what we do is for clerks and melodrama queens.  Understanding why is the science and that only comes from observation which is 99% of both fields anyway.  Actually, it's 99% of any science.

Likely the good Reverend Silas T Sasquatch is too much for people as his previous persona was amusing and people dig that.  An example was Betty Boop going to Hell because of the tattoo on her butt (Ref: Leviticus).  That kind of stuff gets laughs, isn't particularly injurious to any philosophy, and, presto, warm and cuddly.

Pfft.

Oh man, it just occurred maybe y'all think Cat krautrocked me and I've been getting all Teutonic.  That brings an immediate laugh.  There is a cultural difference and perhaps she's a bit more pragmatic sometimes but the difference is a fascination and not a compulsion.  Anthropology, man.

Cat isn't the faintest approximation of a stereotype and she doesn't have blonde hair, more like red/auburn.  She also rode big bikes and not only rode them but lifted one back to its wheels by herself.  That's kind of a fundamental rule to big bikes:  if you can't lift it, you can't ride it.

(Ed:  does this go to Man descended from monkeys?)

Nah, because even monkeys didn't descend from monkeys.  We started out with something like a rat which was a wee bit smarter than the others and make no mistake of the intelligence of those animals.  As that critter evolved, it split off into different lines.  One turned into monkeys and the other turned into Men.

The Olde Family History has all kinds of warm and cuddly because mine ignores things it didn't like. That's nice but I can only do nostalgia for so longer before I need to suck an exhaust pipe on car.  I enjoy it but, man, I can't do Lawrence Welk.

(Ed:  all you need is bubbles!)

"I don't want any fucking bubbles.  I'm the Prince of Darkness and he has no fucking bubbles!" - Ozzy Osbourne, recently busted for being the stud-about-town, if you can even remotely believe that.

Oh, you want a punchline?

It looks like Ozzy Osbourne turned into Arnold Schwarzenegger.
