Members are not considered to be officers of the City of Fort Worth - Direct quote from the CCPD Web site and which funds the B&W cop units. To see them in action, visit West Felix Street in Fort Worth where we saw at least a dozen of the B&W SUV units in combination with military assault vehicles. We have no idea what they're doing but you damn sure don't want them coming anywhere near you.
The white cop cruisers in Fort Worth are generally benign (i.e. regular cops). These others are enforcers for something but it sure as hell is not freedom.
Note: yes, I'm aware that location has been for the National Archives but the activity out there today had nothing to do with storing information.
Additional cop funding comes from 'civil forfeiture' and this is the legal term which gives cops the right to take any money you have if they think it may be used for a crime. Tip: they will always think it will be used for a crime. This is straight out of the pre-crime cops in "Minority Report" and perhaps you have seen how well that went. Civil forfeiture is nothing more than legal theft because it's almost impossible to get the money back and the cops spend their money on (gasp) yet more cop equipment to steal yet more money.
Note: Eric Holder (i.e. ex-Attorney General) has said there needs to be a formal investigation from the Department of Justice ... but ... do you see that investigation taking place?
Two days ago, the Texas Tallboy was pulled over by a cop who accused him of a Hollywood stop at some stop sign. He said he did not and I believe him but he was rattled because he can't afford a ticket. He made a mistake at first and handed the cop his credit card instead of his drivers license. His hand was shaking as he reached for the glove box to correct the problem (unclear on that precise sequence) and the cop asked him why is his hand shaking.
The Texas Tallboy said straight-up, I can't afford a ticket.
Cop responds, what are you on?
Texas Tallboy is oblivious to the question and wonders why doesn't the cop know where he is so he answers, Central Ave.
The cop gets a bit frustrated and says again, what are you on?
Texas Tallboy figures this guy is a real idiot and tells him, Central and, let's see, Elm Street.
Cop is getting pissed and ask another time until he finally spits out, what drugs are you on?
Texas Tallboy said, nothing, he hasn't used drugs in a long time.
Note: this was a mistake. Never trust a cop with truth because they will turn it on you.
Cop responds, predictably, do you mind if I search your car?
Texas Tallboy responds, yes, that would be alright.
Note: this was another mistake. Never grant permission when it is not warranted. Make him arrest you and then sue his chicken ass for false arrest to take that intimidating bitch's house.
In combination, we see the CCPD which is some independent cop-funding unit which has government people, apparently, but they are not officers of the City of Fort Worth.
We see yet another example of cop intimidation in trying to propagate a simple traffic stop into a major gangster alert.
Note: there were no drugs in the car.
Some say there is no cop war but what else do you call it when they kill a thousand civilians in a year. Trusting a cop is the biggest mistake you can make and the safest you can be is as far away from them as possible.
Note: see The Guardian for the current annual body count due to cops: The Counted. The current is 973 but it changes quickly and they will easily surpass 1000 before year's end because they shoot anything that moves, regardless of whether there is an actual threat to a cop's life. We have seen multiple examples of their brutality. In that same period of time, about thirty cops have died due to gunfire. They say there is a threat to life but not from civilians as cops kill vastly more.
This is the same city which hangs LOVE GOD signs from the state-funded street lamps downtown. From this we conclude God does not love people because his officers shoot one hell of a lot of us.
