The FBI is Offering Chocolate Chip Cookies to the Good Kids Who Believe

James Comey wants the FBI to regain some credibility but we asked Martin Luther King about that.

MLK:  the FBI bugged my bedroom to record the most intimate aspects of my marital relations and you ask if I trust them?

So, uh, negatory on credibility there, Jamie.  Ain't goin' happen.  (RT:  FBI hopes TV series will make Americans ‘believe’ in agency again)

Ed:  Efrem Zimbalist Jr is still dead

Yep.  He was in the FBI which caught bankrobbers and we trusted him.  This new FBI no-one trusts at all.  They revealed as a bunch of sneaky pervo creeps with microphones.

Ed:  is Comey really going to try to reprise a fifty-year-old TV show to save the FBI?

Why not when everything else from the Trump administration uses thinking at least that old and disconnected from the modern reality.  You would find more imagination in a tic-tac-toe contest.

Ed:  anyone with any imagination walks away from a tic-tac-toe contest since there's no win!

You may be starting to glimpse the point, Dagwood.

FBI Director James Comey said he allowed a film crew into the agency’s New York offices for a new TV series, in the hope it might rebuild trust with the American people.

The FBI chief said he believed that Americans were “confused” about the bureau’s actions over the past year, particularly around the 2016 election.

“We did a lot last year that confused people, because they’re seeing the world…through sides,” Comey told reporters in Washington, DC, according to ABC News.

“We don’t see the world that way. We are not on anybody’s side. We really don’t care. We’re trying to figure out what’s true, what’s fair, that’s the right thing to do.”

Say there, Casper, we're not confused at all.  We know who you are and we saw what you did.

Maybe you think, oh, joy, just another of Hollywood's propagandistic shitstorms but this cheap TV show is the standard propaganda and it pales compared to another epic they're making, "The Canonization of Saint Richard Cheney," as there's a plan to make a biopic which you can almost guarantee will whitewash him to look like Mother Theresa.

Ed:  I thought Hollywood is all liberals?

Ah, right.  You must not have seen "Green Berets" and various others.  Hollywood can spew propaganda with the experts.

Ed:  didn't that one feature John Wayne acting like some combat hero when he never fought anywhere in his life?

That's the one.  Welcome to bullshit patriotism and there's always a dollar to be made on it.

Ed:  you don't think John Wayne was a patriot?

He was as phony as Donald Trump's combover ... just like James Comey.  Does that make it clear?
