The Golden Age - a review of 'bigger is better' in terms of banks and corporate conglomerates in general

Police Accountability - there are few who represent the matter in a reasonable way as the far right tries to deify cops and absolves them of any transgression and the left doesn't know quite what to do about the increasing brutality

The Rock City - the thinking is intriguing me for what are the considerations for building underground rather than ground-level construction as the latter is just a little bit boring after repeating generally the same motif for two thousand years or so

Exceptional - I'd like you to meet my little friend, the Sierra Nevada yellow legged frog.  It seems his outlook is improving.

The Fantastic - we're bored senseless with simple dreams because we want big ones and this crew will put a one-hundred-meter telescope in space.  Well, we're going to need some popcorn for this show.

Science - about a remarkable discovery to facilitate the healing of wounds with electricity.  This is NOT Dr Oz science.

What's Hot

Cool Science - interesting things which did not warrant full articles but were too cool to throw out

Some Try - lamenting the evolution of old neighborhoods (e.g. Brooklyn) into newer things due to the horror of gentrification but we also want to keep some of the older things such as soda fountains and old theaters.

Continuing - this is the current Rock City article minus one.   There's at least one more article coming on the theme because building underground solves so many problems for the future.
