Apple's Low-Profile Snakebite Keyboard has been accused by me of being a fundamental root of carpal tunnel syndrome and the facts speak for themselves. Ever since getting rid of that type of keyboard and replacing it with a full-size model, symptoms of carpal tunnel have largely disappeared and the 'action' on the keyboard is vastly improved. Mechanical keyboards are just that—mechanical. A small switch under each keycap clicks loudly when depressed, an experience that turns typing into a symphony. This tactile responsiveness is a big reason why sales have increased dramatically in recent years. But that popularity has created a problem:
There aren’t enough switches to go around.

Apple's Low-Profile Snakebite Keyboard is not the future as it's just a cheap and shitty keyboard which doesn't work very well and handheld devices are even worse. You can still get full-size Apple keyboards and I got mine for about thirty bucks. Geez, how do I decide.
