As Mark Twain Said About Women

Chimpanzees, our nearest primate relatives, do not exhibit the catfighting bullshit often seen between women and that's a bit unusual.  (Science Daily:  Female chimpanzees don't fight for 'queen bee' status)

They give us some remarkable science in this one and here's the observation:

But male and female chimpanzees achieve social status in dramatically different ways, says a new study by primatologists at Duke University. While males actively challenge their superiors to win higher rank, females accept their position in the social pecking order, waiting until more senior group members die before moving up the ladder.

If you're unclear on whether women really support each other, watch what happens when they fight over a man as they will tear each other's skin off.  With men, there may be fighting but usually after that's over one will walk or crawl away.  Women won't stop and it becomes a blood feud.

In this regard, chimps are more evolved than the ostensibly superior gene pool of humans so you can do what you like with the sci fi but how about some genomics to take some chimp DNA to transplant it to humans so women behave better.

Just a thought (shrug).
