CNN Money Campaigns Against Increasing Minimum Wage

CNN Money wants to provide a public service when it tells you:  Not loving it: McDonald's franchisees are depressed

We need to know why they're depressed and we discover in the article sales are down.  The financial analyst who wrote the article goes on to tell us why sales are down.

One of the reasons sales are down is because McDonald's food is not 'exciting' and this fact gives us a clue to the age of the author who must be quite young.  The crack editorial team here on the blog has had occasions for periodic visits to McDonald's all the way back to 1962.  From that we know well, McDonald's food has never been exciting.

It's impossible to make food less exciting than anything from McDonald's unless it has liver in it.

There's some more blather of a not particularly interesting nature and then we get to the punchline:  McDonald's franchise owners are worried about an increase to the minimum wage as this, woe is me, could not possibly come at a worse time.

There is a way to end the pain for McDonald's franchise owners:  eat them

(Ed:  the franchise?)

No, the owner.

Note:  we assume CNN got the payoff check from the Super PAC in a timely manner.
