Dick Cheney did the same thing. His life matters but your kid's life doesn't.

Military Service Records of Senate Candidates
Since senators sometimes get to vote on sending America's young men and women in the armed forces off to wars in distant lands, it is perhaps informative to see how many of those senators and senate candidates themselves served in the armed forces. Here is the list. A list of other politicians' service records is available here .

OK, the lot of them are sleazebags. The biggest concern that way just now is Clinton as she has a reputation for being the most aggressive war hag around and she's never been able to make up her mind about anything (started out a Republican) except bombing things.
I will never understand why you waste so much time with political BS. Everyone of them lie cheat and steal. And spend money like they can just print more. Oh they do that also They only one running that hasnt voted to increase military spending is Trump and that is because he hasnt had the chance yet
The number of sports activities is dwindling and playing the pundit has the illusion of meaning something.
It's got to go as it's a world I despise but Sanders is a light inside it so I figure, well, maybe there's some reason for hope and that's like the century from now hope. I need to believe the place will be more than a smoking ruin and right now they aren't giving me a whole lot of confidence of that.
It's overwhelming madness as they beam every time another nuclear sub rolls out but that only makes me wonder do you know what a single one of these subs is capable of doing. They carry at least twenty-four nukes, each one of which can take out a city. They're probably classified as tactical nukes so they aren't even counted.
The madness overwhelms and it comes from everywhere. There was a musical force field which kept it out but doesn't work too well just now. Mostly the question is now what and there's not a good answer.

Hell the Koch bros thinks she is republican.

Sanders lies and spends money on the useless war machine also.
The light that blinds you is an oncoming train not a ray of hope
Hope left here quite a while ago but there is hope for the country, no matter how dim that hope may be.
