Isn't that a perfect time to go bicycle riding.
Maybe he was somewhere, the world froze, and now he wants to get home but he thinks he has to bring his bicycle with him.
Maybe he doesn't mind if he falls into a pit and gets eaten by a grue.
Note: falling into a pit and being eaten by a grue was common in the Adventur game in the late seventies. It's primarily credited to Willy Crowther and, to my my knowledge, it's the first computer role-playing game which achieved any renown. This was pre-commercial so he probably didn't make a dime on it but the program achieved widespread geek fame. The name was limited to eight letters because that's now persnickety computers were at that time.
In that game you figured out how to kill a dragon when you didn't have a sword. Somehow we don't think the would-be bicycle rider in the picture has figured that out yet but he will probably fall into a pit anyway.
