Conversion ... TO ... the Faithful

A person of strong Republican persuasion was advised the intentions of the neocons (i.e. Tea Party creeps) are unanimously to attack Iran.  (CNN:  Cruz on ayatollah: 'We may have to help introduce him to the 72 virgins')

That's exactly the glib and greasy thing we expect from Cruz but the person of strong Republican persuasion was not aware of it.

Note:  the above tells me the debates have been close to useless but that's another deal.


Once advised of the situation regarding Iran, through thoughtful discussion, it was clear this was an Unacceptable Thing.  The person of strong Republican persuasion will not vote Republican this season.

The reason any aggression against Iran is an Unacceptable Thing is another thing with capital letters, a Personal Matter.  Regardless of the number of capital letters, the resolution is not negotiable.  Any kind of attack against Iran is not acceptable.

This is a Victory for Peace and Yevette owns the day.  I'm proud of you, girl.
