The Trojan doesn't seem to have a name yet but it spreads via Skype and the symptom is that it says something about a picture of you (or something similar) and provides a link to it. When you click on the link there is no picture but rather malware is downloaded to your machine and your machine is then infected. (Kaspersky: A Skype Trojan steals your CPU power)
The key points to know are that the malware is malicious and you will be directed to it from a Skype message that will give some variation of a thought on a picture and a link to where to see it.

Click the link and you will be infected.
I got one of these messages yesterday and clicked it on an iPad but it had no effect whereas multiple friends got the same message from the original sender and they were on Windows systems that did get infected. It is not capable of infecting Mac or Linux systems. Nevertheless, the response is the same. Don't click the message about the picture. If you have clicked the link already, change your Skype password and scan your system immediately. Your Skype will start sending messages to your friends as soon as it is infected.
