In a teary, gin-soaked interview, Sarah Palin, looking older and more drunken than ever, sobbed and announced her retirement.
Here she tries to look brave for the camera but it's pitiful to see her bedraggled hair, her chipmunk jowls, and the other obvious signs of wear and tear on her from all her failed campaigns. Just after this picture was taken, she broke down and said, "You won't have me to kick around anymore."
The interviewer replied, "Richard Nixon said that too. But later he recovered to come back and be impeached."
"So there's hope," sobbed Sarah.
