In case you're not familiar, settlements in Amona, somewhere in the occupied territories, were torn down lately and that may seem like news but it's not unless you include the rest of it in which two additional construction plans were approved in recent days with another three thousand houses in occupied territories being approved yesterday.

My favorite parts were that Israel has a right to build in Palestine and one of the justifications for doing it was the fact of FGM by Muslim people.  Unfortunately, the guttersnipe who sent that one appears to have deleted it and that's a shame since it really needed to be preserved.

If you're looking for anything civilized coming out of Israel any time soon, you might want to point your telescope somewhere else since it won't happen.  Criticizing them for their slaughtering savagery doesn't mean much after America elected a right wing psychopath also and he followed someone who was ostensibly left wing but was also a psychopath.  Netanyahu is obviously just another of the right wing psychopath ilk but he doesn't characterize all of Israel any more than Trump characterizes all of America.

It may be Israel suffers from the same disease as America in which the Left has become so disgusted with all the posers that it's withdrawn and just observes.  When you're outnumbered, consorting with the killers serves no positive purpose and only brings risk to you while forcing the requirement for immediate bathing.

A great many have pulled away from the standard mainstream thinking and have caught up with where Vanessa Redgrave was forty years ago in protesting Israeli aggression.  Given Netanyahu's never-ending killing, more protest is inevitable.
