"The Sanctuary Song" - Take 6 - Just Had to Dive into Edits

Just about midnight I was thinking don't screw with the edits, they can wait until morning.

The edits didn't listen so now it's well after three but the video is sliced up to get the camera changes and dissolves looking almost final.

Tough to tell if it's a Keep but it's definitely not fired.  The last one was kicked before it even went into edits.

Now it comes to asking if you do it again what exactly will you do better.  That takes a fine measure of what's nitpicking and what's not.

No need to dissect it just now as it's getting dissected in Final Cut anyway.  Mixing down five tracks of video is completely deranged with the Blade being a fundamental tool.  Editing five tracks was an all-time first even after screwing with video since the nineties.  Five cams - wow.  This has definitely been a make use of all available resources campaign.  If it makes a picture, use it.  Two of the cams are crumby built-ins on computers but they capture video so they were drafted.

This one looks the strongest so far and there's still another hour or so of editing but that part really will keep until tomorrow.  The song is edited and the next part is syncing that with the story line of the video.  It's not a huge deal but it's some mechanical hassle.  After that I can transcode it and see it full screen.  That's when the Council of Two (i.e. Yevette gets dragged into it) convenes to review ... what do you think, it goes or it blows??

Visualize wise crows in a cartoon smoking cigars, checking out the show, and reviewing the matter.  As soon as I find some, maybe I can put them in a video.

"Andromeda Weeps" is queued but she doesn't change anything about whether the current goes online.  She will be there when this one is finished and that's not a concern.  The luxury of not being in a rush is so prime.

We shall see on the morrow.
