Last Shot for the Perseids Tonight

August 12-13 is supposed to be the big show so there's still a chance.

Here in Fort Worth, the weather is questionable as to whether it will be clear enough for viewing tonight.  The way it usually goes is the sun will burn off anything in the day time but some overcast will come up at night.

Cat will be looking from Bavaria and can you even imagine what a meteor storm must look like anywhere near the Alps.  Blimey!

So, it ain't over!

If you have never seen a meteor, this is likely the best opportunity to see one and it's much more than watching fireworks as each one is a mini-revelation of things way beyond ourselves.  You may find it affects you more than you imagine.

(Ed:  this is not even close to funny)

Heya, matey, how about a little latitude.  I was fookin' sick.  Besides, unless it hits Washington or Wall Street, how funny could a meteorite be.
