Think Scotland; Think Naked Savages

Edinburgh, Scotland

Beltane Fire Society performers celebrate the coming of summer on Calton Hill. The event, first organised in the mid-1980s, is a revival of the ancient Celtic and pagan festival of Beltane, the Gaelic name for the month of May

If you think Scotland with "Braveheart" then you probably think of semi-naked savages with blue backsides.  Now we have naked savages from the Red Tribe and you know you want to party with the Reds.

Get naked; paint yourself red; run around with a flaming torch.

Now who's going to say that's not a good time.

Note:  this was going to go online at about 9:30 but I ran out of time and the events of the Midwest day are nearly a full-time job since we only just got back.
