Drugs We Hate

There's a disclaimer against narcotics on the top but that doesn't cover my stoner guilt enough.  I don't believe I have anything to do with people using narcotics and those kinds of soul-killing drugs.  Multiple blogs already on prescription drugs sucking your soul in the same way so you can see clearly the position on these things, at least I believe you can.

But, that's not all ... some stoners get drug-tested or whatever so they start blowin' K2 or Spice or some such instead.  It works for some but rips others to shit and there's no way you'll know.  Even if you are an experienced reefer smoker, this stuff can mess you up in a big (i.e. serious) way.  It is not any kind of a substitute for reefer.  It is NOT reefer.

We have no use for XTC and other similar 'designer' drugs.  Are you telling me you will seriously trust your life to some maniac in a basement who is inventing this crap.  None of the sixties drugs came this way, repeat, zero.  LSD was discovered by a chemist, as in scientific researcher, in the thirties or forties.

Note:  the white powders are all deadly but none of them were inventions as they have been purifying opium poppies to make opium for, most likely, thousands of years.  Morphine and heroin are relatively recent and heroin wasn't invented by Bayer but they did discover it later and commercialized it.

You could buy this over the counter:

The whole package is crap.  It says aspirin is a substitute for salicylates but aspirin is salicylic acid.  And so on with the highlight of heroin for coughs.  This was in the late nineteenth century.

The much shorter list is ... drum roll ...

Drugs We Don't Hate

Reefer and pscilocybin mushrooms because we like them and we never heard of them hurting anyone.  There are various reports lately of people smoking too much reefer and eating family pets or who knows what silly buggers come to them.  I'd be willing to bet almost any amount of money that reefer wasn't the only drug these people were using.

If you smoke too much reefer, you get dizzy and you will fall asleep after a while of that.  As to using too much and then getting up to do something weird.  It's much more likely you won't do anything.

Dopers were getting a bad name coming into the eighties because the trafficking in cocaine was completely insane, ugly things were happening and that had become one seriously dangerous crowd.

Somewhere in that time, crack came around and any kind of hip name dopers had previously was shot all to hell by those idiots.  In the eyes of the public, all dopers are crackheads and the most popular with them has been to describe all dopers as 'delusional.'  That type of thing isn't funny because that lumping together of all drug abuse into one simple class has been immensely destructive.

We will help you with crackheads and junkies but not if you want to crack heads.  We don't like them either but we don't want to pound them.  They can be helped but not by putting them in prison.  They can still get heroin in jail so it won't stop them, it only makes it cost more for them.

Public condemnation of drug abuse is some powerful stuff ... but ... it has to make fucking sense.  Dopers aren't stupid and that's one of the reasons we do this stuff ... but ... crack users are often of low intelligence and the same applies with meth.  Classifying these types of self-abuse with someone blowing joints only wastes time.  If there is any problem with stoners, it's not the same as that one, not by a long shot.

There has been one headline after the other lately about heroin abuse skyrocketing.  Often that word is just cheap hyperbole but the increase in narcotic abuse is scandalously high.  The same applies to prescription meds as people are abusing the living hell out of them.

Stoner guilt is huge in me and apologies for the introversion but I believe it's warranted.  If there has been any contribution from me toward this narcotic abuse then that shit has to stop as in immediately.

I don't believe the above is true and apologies again as I flog it to be sure it's clear for me as well as anyone else.
