Joseph McCarthy, the Worst the GOP Ever Gets?

Modern Republicans are often said, with substantial justification, to be part of the worst class of them in the party's entire history.  However, their sorry modern reputation is in contrast with that of Joseph McCarthy, King of the Commie Witch Hunters.  As per the GOP SOP, he used God as an excuse for what he did but he died at forty-eight so there's zero reason to believe God liked him very much.

(Ed:  only the good die young!)

Yah, right, Encyclopedia Brittanica, tell that to Mother Teresa or Pope Francis, if you would.

Many say Ted Cruz is the worst ever with his posturing to evangelicals but he's an amateur next to Joe McCarthy ... well ... Ted Cruz is actually an amateur next to Howdy Doody but particularly next to Joe McCarthy.

(Ed:  playing to evangelicals sure did wonders for Marco Rubio!)

Yah, and Ted Cruz won't be on the hit parade with Taylor Swift any time soon for it either.

(Ed:  no-one wants to be on the hit parade with Taylor Swift except other chipmunks)

What, Ted Cruz isn't a chipmunk??  Think of how he sings.  How about a falsetto version of "Star-Spangled Banner??"  That would be hot, wouldn't it.

(Ed:  no-one should have to listen when Republicans sing!  Remember John Ashcroft ... if you can stand it.)

Good point.

The discovery tonight isn't of the existence of McCarthy as his sleaze is a nightmare legend in American politics but there's more, he's even sleazier than I ever knew before.  (WIKI:  Joseph McCarthy)

McCarthy's history is well-known for false charges of communism, homosexuality, or anything he could use to smear a public figure.  However, these techniques were not used against him yet there was ample basis for doing so.

It looks like Joe McCarthy's military career was exemplary since he served as a Marine in WWII and flew twelve combat missions.  That's great balls-up stuff but he wrote up a claim for having flown thirty-two combat missions so he would get a Distinguished Flying Cross.  That got by because he could make it look authentic due to his work in intelligence.  He did get the medal and apparently it was never rescinded.

It gets better as he also claimed a Purple Heart for a combat injury.  It turns out the injury actually came from a celebration when the ship on which he was sailing crossed the International Date Line and the sailors had a party.

There's no denying he did brave things in WWII ... but he also lied about them to make a claim of false valor.  You can get away with many, many things in the military but you cannot get over with fake medals ... unless the GOP or Pentagon generals (same thing) do it.

As you know already, Ted Cruz never even showed up for any military but at least he can say he never made any false claims to valor ... at least he hasn't yet.  McCarthy had a legal degree as well.  They aren't so different.  Maybe he will.

When Middle Class White People Play Doctor ... "Vaxxed"

The world would be much healthier without wealthy white liberals pretending to be doctors.  Right now Robert De Niro is going for the title of King of the Luddite Medical Realm with the movie, "Vaxxed," which is riddled with enough pseudo-scientific crap as to keep Facebook busy for a thousand years.

When De Niro was asked of his qualifications to make a movie about autism, he replied only, 'my kid has autism.'

So, there you have it.  Whatever complaint or malady may befall your kid will automatically bestow upon you medical powers beyond those of the Mayo Clinic.  If your kid sadly falls victim to cancer, right-o, now you're an oncologist.

Note:  reading a few pages on Facebook also confers extraordinary medical powers and many acquire their expertise this way in the modern age.

There's not a shred of medical evidence to support the anti-vaccination crew's premise that use of vaccines increases the vulnerability of people to autism.  The truth of it is the biggest factor in changes in rates of affliction by autism came from the psychiatrists who diagnose it.  Their guidelines for the diagnosis of autism changed not long after 2000 and changed again fairly recently.

The general implication from the change to diagnosis is anyone who's a little shy is autistic.  The advent of that change is when people, ostensibly with autism, started screaming about their affliction ... on Facebook.  It's a bitch when you withdraw from everything except social networks, isn't it.  Maybe it didn't occur to them social networks cause the withdrawal and it has nothing to do with autism.  It damn sure didn't occur to De Niro.

Whether Hollywood or Big Pharma or Facebook is the biggest threat to the health of America remains to be seen but De Niro does his best to tip the balance toward Hollywood with the sorriest excuse for medical advice since the U.S. Army used American soldiers for stooges in A-bomb testing.

Note:  that really happened.

We have marveled sometimes at the intelligence of a great many actors.  This, however, is not one of those times.

"Footfall" Does a Tiptoe

"Footfall" is grand sci-fi from Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle with a feature on an invasion of the Earth by some of the strangest space aliens ever.

The novel runs 580 pp and constantly pops up vignettes from the lives of a huge cast of characters, human and alien, along with a level of technical detail which rivals a Tom Clancy story.  "Footfall" builds throughout but, even twenty pages from the end, it wasn't clear how it would be possible to resolve the conflict between the humans and the 'snouts' (as they affectionately called the space aliens).

The story was much more involved than these two, who write together often, will usually get.  Whether that increased complexity reflects more accurately the reality of the considerations for alien combatants is something you will decide but we suspect you may vacillate between being fascinated by it and thinking it runs long.

Because of the way the story built, it was vital to have some kind of impactful resolution in the last twenty pages ... but that didn't happen.  Even when it ended, you're still not 100% it's over.

As taught to me, a story needs to have a climax from which point everything following it is the resolution.  For example, the climax with Custer's Last Stand isn't the battle but rather whenever he decided to do that dumb ass thing.  From that point forward, it's predictable.  He will go there to fight where he will either win or he will lose.  On the other extreme is a joke in which the climax is the punchline and the resolution is you laugh, hopefully.

In "Footfall," there didn't seem to be any particularly climactic moment but rather it was continually building toward ... something.  That something came in the last twenty pages and it just wasn't satisfying.  In large part it was predictable because any other result would have resulted in the enslavement of humanity or the snouts would just waste us altogether.

As I got close to the end of it, one of the last chapters fell out and likely that was an omen.  When the binding starts to break for a paperback, the story is over because it's too difficult to fix.  I got to the end of the book by reading those pages by the individual leaves.

"Footfall" is one of four in the treasure trove hauled back from a local used bookstore.  It was disappointing in resolution but generally engaging overall and an interesting excursion.  Also in the trove are "The Mote in God's Eye" and "The Gripping Hand" is the sequel to it.

The base has been explored multiple times but I was not aware until recently of the sequel.  The only question is whether to read "The Mote in God's Eye" again because it's more than the sci-fi with some fascinating views of sociology and the consequences of manic reproduction.

The last is "Otherland" by Tad Williams and I know nothing of that one except the recommendation of a friend.  It's a grand saga of some kind and it looks like it runs 500-600 pp.  It's the first in a series so that's mixed news but we shall see how that goes in round after The Mote books.

He Ain't Heavy, He's My Mother

Sorry if that triggers memories of a song which never should have been heard in the first place but you knew better ... what did you fookin' expect from a band named The Hollies.  My expectation is a bunch of big hair blondies with large breasts and all of them wear the same style of mini-skirt with thigh-high boots.

(Ed:  twisted)

Yah!  But (sob) that's not what they were.

The problem is coming to grips with my mother's sex change and mostly because she took the name "Sue."

(Ed:  A Boy Named "Sue?")

Right.  Tragic, ain't it.  Adjusting to the sex change isn't such a big deal as he says he has a hell of a game of golf now but he took to the name of a cheesy pop song.

(Ed:  yah, that is awful, isn't it.  Does he expect you to play golf?)

Nah, he knows I can accept the sex change but I'm not going to waste a perfectly good walk by carrying golf clubs.

(Ed:  you don't have to carry them because a caddy will do it)

Ah, right.  So I ruin his walk instead.

(Ed:  well, rent a golf cart!)

There's the perfect solution.  Now I won't walk anywhere!

It could be worse, tho ...

(Ed:  Scarlet Johannsen?)

Um, not exactly, Fiero Muchacho.  Dat's a robo.

Some M.I.T. Lothario built her and says he has been obsessed with building such a robot since he was a kid.  The AI did not seem all that remarkable and apparently he has focused his attentions on her cosmetic aspect plus her movements, to some extent.  For example, her arms, hands, and fingers move.  (Mirror: Man builds 'Scarlett Johansson' robot from scratch to 'fulfil childhood dream' - and it's scarily lifelike)

(Ed:  what can she do with them?)

You saw why he built the robot.  Do you seriously want to know??  We are quite sure we don't.

Get this ... the robo winks.  The fookin' robo winks at you.  Did you ever in yer worst Bizzaro nightmare ever imagine a hot 'bot robo winking at you??

Aaaaiiiiyyyeeeeee!!!

So what happens if Trans Sue meets Robo Scarlet ... will all the springs come shooting out of the M.I.T. guy's head??

(Ed:  betting he goes berserk)

Good chance, mate.  He doesn't sound all that stable anyway.

Q.  You seriously spent twenty years building a sex 'bot?  Did it ever occur to you meeting a girl can happen in ten minutes if you're reasonably much not an asshole and are actually capable of listening to her speak.

(Ed:  maybe it didn't)

Yah, it's been twenty years and does not seem to have occurred to him yet.

(State Rep. Debbie Riddle (R, TX):  which bathroom will she use?)

Um, someone want to explain to the nong nong that robos don't use toilets?  Time to blow some of the heathen loco weed and robots ain't allowed.

Bernie Sanders and F-35, the Trillion-Dollar Warbird

Bernie Sanders has been flogged for accepting support from, presumably, Lockheed Martin in exchange for support of the F-35 jet fighter program.  (RSN:  Bernie Sanders Doubles Down on F-35 Support Days After Runway Explosion)

Here is his explanation:

Me: “You mentioned wasteful military spending the other day ... I’m sure you’ve heard about the F-35 catching fire on the runway. The estimated lifetime expense of the F-35 is $1.2 trillion. When you talk about cutting wasteful military spending, does that include the F-35 program?”

Bernie Sanders: “No, and I’ll tell you why – it is essentially built. It is the airplane of the United States Air Force, Navy, and of NATO. It was a very controversial issue in Vermont. And my view was that given the fact that the F-35, which, by the way, has been incredibly wasteful, that’s a good question. But for better or worse, that is the plane of record right now, and it is not gonna be discarded. That’s the reality.”

The extreme view is this indicates a pattern of corruption identical to the others so he is just the same as they.  And that's why we throw out extreme views.

In fact, his points are valid and he is probably right to say the F-35 is unstoppable since the Pentagon has been proud to throw zooks dollars down that rathole since not long after 1997.  Therefore, Bill Clinton must have authorized the Pentagon in sending out RFP's (Requests for Proposals) to build it.  George Bush signed off on the selection of Lockheed Martin and the first F-35 was delivered in 2006, although ten years later it is far from operational.  All three of the last Presidents own a piece of that lemon.

(Ed:  spreading the blame?)

No, stating the facts.

Bernie Sanders had a specific reason for authorizing the F-35 and, sure, that was a political act as he would have been a non-pol if had voted against jobs for Burlington, Vermont, and that's exactly what a no vote would have cost him.

That's a case study in pork barrel politics but it is not sufficient to warrant a charge of lifetime corruption as we have seen ample evidence of how he has lived his life (e.g. marching with Martin Luther King right from the start).

Where we would cheerfully take off Sanders' skin is if he were to support the Son of B2 program for which the Pentagon has already put out requests for builders.  That expenditure can still be stopped as Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, etc have not had time to put infrastructure in place to use it to bribe governors and senators to continue their pork barrel game.

When I protested the Son of B2 won't ever be used for its actual purpose (i.e. extremely long-range nuke bomb runs) without everyone dying, I was advised, no, no, no, that's not how it will be used.

It doesn't occur to anyone from that question:  if it won't be used for that purpose then why fucking build it at all.

Note:  the pitch is it will be used instead for tactical applications in local conflicts.  Feel free to call BULLSHIT with a twenty-megaton amplifier.

In summary, no, I don't like the vote in support for the F-35 but I accept the rationale.  This does not indicate, without further evidence, any pattern of corruption in his record.  To expect his record to be absolutely immaculate is to expect the Second Coming and he's a good guy but he ain't that good.  So far, only one was.

The secondary justification is so obvious it's hardly worth mentioning that relative to the other pols he's a prince and relative to Hillary Clinton, he's Prince fookin' Charming ... well ... relative to any of the others, he's Prince Charming.

So, here at the Rockhouse, we see a demerit in this for Bernie Sanders but we still see him as the best hope America has got.

Debbie Riddle, Why the North Wants to Lose the Next Civil War

Contrary to the self-congratulating belief of the South, the North will not fight to keep them or prevent them from seceding and the current election season gives an excellent justification for that.

Debbie Riddle, State Representative in Texas for the Houston area, is a prime example of why the North is embarrassed by the South, as is much of the world.  (Newslo:  Rep. Debbie Riddle Aims To “Ban Women Larger Than A C-Cup To Breastfeed In Public”)

Here's a pic so you can see for yourself why she is intimidated by a "C" cup:

Yah, Debbie Riddle in a tight sweater ... looks like me in a tight sweater.

Note:  why does she look so terrified??  There's something seriously creepy here.

(Ed:  Doctor Spock diagnosis is Major case of Headworms)

Good chance of that, mate.

Here's a list of her legislative successes:

Authored House Bill 1034, which added the words "one state under God," to the Texas State Pledge.

Note: no-one has ever heard the Texas State Pledge or otherwise has any idea what's in it.

Authored House Bill 1748, which would have jailed or fined transgender persons from using the public restroom (other public facilties) that did not fit their birth chromosomes.

Her daughter married an attorney named Butts and became a judge.  She took the married name of Riddle Butts so now the bailiff announces to the court, "Judge Riddle Butts presiding."

Note:  she breeds horses so there is no reason to believe she ever actually consummated a filthy sex act since she's more accustomed to watching creatures fucking than she is to doing it herself.

It's hard to believe one woman can accomplish so much, isn't it.  (WIKI:  Debbie Riddle)

Sometimes I am regretful I did not accomplish more in my life ... but then I see Debbie Riddle and I stop worrying about it.

The story isn't such a big deal and GOP candidates with predeluvian ideas of morality and behavior are hardly unique, particularly from Texas or anywhere else in the South.    Use of the GOP to rationalize personal inadequacies isn't so unique either (e.g. Cheney) but this cretin is so pitiful as to be banned from human contact forever.

(Ed:  what about Cheney?)

Yah, Cheney ... he adds dimension to America, doesn't he.  Texas is where they will bust some guy for climbing over a fence but Cheney gets a million people killed and they call him a hero.  One thing we know for sure about him, he must not have a "C" cup because they are so, well, completely disgusting, aren't they, and then they would have had to put him in jail.

Debbie Riddle, the kind of monkey who makes even Texans embarrassed to live here.

The Silas Scarborough Galactic Peace Tour Cooking Show

Unknown if anyone bought it on the Candied Chicken Noodle Soup but, alas, it was complete bullshit and was only the pitiful attempt of the Rockhouse to greet April Fools Day.

We thought it might have some credibility because of some clearly disgusting things the Galactic Peace Tour Cooking Show has presented in the past such as olives with honey and a jalapeno.  That one was true and the combination was extraordinarily good but, alas, the story of Candied Chicken Noodle Soup is still complete bullshit.

The story even seems credible enough we might try it but we're not all that partial to sweet things.  Maybe we could send the idea to Heinz since they use more sugar in their ketchup than they use tomatoes.  They would probably make the stuff ... but we still probably wouldn't eat it.

(Ed:  you aren't seriously apologizing, are you?)

Bite yer tongue, matey.  This is still the Internet where no-one ever apologizes for anything although lately it does one hell of a lot of apologizing, and it should, for unleashing Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton on the world.  Many physicists believe when they come together there will be an antimatter annihilation sequence and both will disappear in a cloud of greasy and extremely-smelly dark smoke.

(Ed:  no apology today, huh?)

Not today, matey mate.

Making Chicken Noodle Soup Better

Chicken Noodle Soup is the time-tested remedy for just about anything and that story has been told by old wives at least since the time of Jesus and much farther back in SouthEast Asia when chickens were first domesticated.

Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup is the preferred selection for the Galactic Peace Tour but we have wondered from time to time if there is any way to improve it.  If you're reduced to chicken noodle soup because your guttywuts can't tell a Sunday from a Monday, then you will probably eat a lot of it before your calendar and your guttywuts synchronize into glorious harmony once again.

Down here in the Po' House, there's no money for grandiose solutions.  That little money is available is why they call it the Po' House, see.  When there is little money, the next move is improvisation.

In the Galactic Peace Tour Cookhouse, we decided the answer was to make it sweeter.  Adding black pepper to chicken noodle soup is ok but even a pile of it won't disguise the fact you're eating chicken noodle soup.  So we tried an alternative angle instead by going with brown sugar to sweeten it.

Note:  the black pepper won't hurt so keep doing that.

While the brown sugar made an intriguing new taste for the chicken noodle soup, we felt it wasn't yet complete and that's when we hit on the idea of jalapeno peppers.  Those were put into a food processor in which they were almost pureed to get a more even distribution throughout the soup.

We found the hot fire of the jalapenos in combination with the wholesome sweetness of the brown sugar made an interesting interplay of notes within the chicken noodle soup base and on the whole we found it pleasing and satisfying.

Note: banana peppers can be substituted but they have little fire and we found them generally unsatisfactory.

Why Does Hillary Clinton Accept $4.5 Million from Big Oil

During a campaign stop and fundraiser in New York yesterday, Hillary Clinton was asked by a young woman if she’d stop taking money from the fossil fuel industry. It was a simple question, one she could have easily answered with a "yes," or, perhaps because of the way she funds her campaign, responded with a "no."

Instead, she said she was "sick of the Sanders campaign lying" about the donations she receives.

Now, here’s the truth — the hard numbers don’t lie. And it’s something everyone should know as this video spreads online and is covered in the news: The fossil fuel industry has given more than $4.5 million to Hillary Clinton’s campaign and her top super PAC, including 11 lobbyists who have bundled more than $1 million to her put her in the White House.

Earlier in this campaign, Bernie Sanders and Martin O’Malley signed a pledge to refuse money from fossil fuel interests. No Republican added their name, which isn’t surprising given that they don’t believe climate change is real. But neither did Hillary Clinton. It’s time for her to distance herself from the Republicans on this issue and add her name.

Texas Roadhouse Loves Bees ... And Works for Them

Each Texas Roadhouse goes through two thousand pounds of honey annually and this becomes a big problem when bee populations have been declining.  (WLKY:  Texas Roadhouse sets up local hives to help bee crisis)

When you're running out of honeybees, you have two choices and the first one is to move the Texas Roadhouse restaurants to Greece where there are many honeybees ... but we're not aware of a strong demand for cowboy hats and pulled pork.

(Ed:  they might like that stuff!)

Sure they might but the key is right now they don't so this solution may not be the best pick.

Greeks do eat a lot of octopus (seriously) so imagine that with barbecue sauce and served up at Texas Roadhouse, huh!

(Ed:  Texas Roadhouse came up with a much better solution than moving to Greece!)

Indeed they did, mate.

At each Texas Roadhouse, they are installing beehives and will harvest the honey they need from those.  Right now they are testing to discover how it works but that's their long plan.

When you get the hive, apparently it comes with a queen and workers and requires very little maintenance.  These bees won't interact with commercial bees for some reason so there is little chance of colony collapse disorder.  We strongly advise some serious research before trying it but doing it does seem possible.

References but these are not endorsements, only starting points for your research:

Amazon:  eight-frame beehive starter kit for about $229 (sans bees).  Quite a bit of information.

BuildABeehive.com has multiple beehive kits (sans bees)

World of Beekeeping tells of how to get bees into the hive (i.e. buy them and they advise taking a swarm may not be such a good idea)

B Weaver Apiaries offers a number of options for purchasing bees along with a fully-stocked hive for $825.

Maybe you're thinking, wow, man ... the beehive colony has at least ten thousand bees and that's a whole lot more stingers than you need in your life.

But there's another way to approach this and maybe you remember seeing lots of clover when you were a kid.  One thing all kids know is don't walk in the clover barefoot or you will probably get stung by a bee.

(Ed:  I didn't know and I got stung!)

Yah, me too (larfs).

That's the trouble with those kinds of rules:  you usually don't hear about them ... until you step on a bee and your foot swells up like a giant purple cabbage!

Then you hear, well, didn't you know better than to walk in the clover barefoot??

Well, man, actually I didn't and I guess you didn't either (larfs).

You can set up kids of the future who do not know about walking in the clover by planting some red clover because, you know it already, bees love it.  Probably planting milkweed won't save the Monarch butterfly and definitely keep trying because it's not over yet but, sadly, it doesn't look too good.  With bees, there really is a chance and clover is easy.

Most lawn motomaniacs want to buzz cut the lawn before it's long enough for the clover to flower.  If you won't convert the lawn to something more environmentally-positive, at least let it grow out longer to give the clover a chance and so the bees and ...

and ...

all we are saying ... is give peace a chance!

(Ed:  Lennon didn't sing about bees)

Well, he would have.  Yah, he would have.

You can make yourself a bee saint and become a god to Winnie the Pooh without even breaking a sweat because it only means chucking out red clover seeds wherever you can.  You don't have to do anything after that, you only need to deliver them, and they can take it the rest of the way.

Lotho brought this over to me as previously I had thought of raising bees as something only wizards can do but it doesn't seem such an impossible thing now.  The thousand-dollar startup may be hefty for you and it sure is for me so that means for me to find some red clover seeds and do that instead.

In Lifetime Solidarity with @BernieSanders for President

This is our chance to absolutely shock the media, financial, and political establishments by raising more in March than we did last month.

Just two weeks ago they were calling for us to get out the race. Now we're going to show the world that our political revolution can win the Democratic nomination, the White House, and take our country back from the billionaire class.

Hell, yes, I ponied up my fifteen bucks as I have when I can.  The account has $215 remaining with two weeks until payday so, um, tell me again you can't afford it!  (larfs)

Solidarnösc!

Sure that's red but here's a tip on redness: the Red Soviet turned into the Rainbow Russia and the last thing we heard about Red Square was when some artist nailed his penis to it.

(Ed:  fo' real?)

Yah but we don't know why.  We don't want to know why.  In any case, this definitely isn't yer daddy's Communism.

(Ed:  who the hell wants a Communism in which a man will nail his penis to Red Square?)

Spare me the righteousness, Paul Bunyan.  It hasn't even been a week since Batman Jesus was crucified ... and then fell off the cross!

(Ed:  fo' real??)

Yah and who could make up crap like that anyway.

Whoops ...

(Ed:  did he die?)

Unknown but, wtf, he was getting crucified, he was dead meat anyway, right?

(Ed:  nah, those crucifixions are like World Wrestling Federation, they're all fake!)

Well, unless Batman Jesus quickly learned how to fly, he may be an ex-Easter celebrant now.

(Eric Idle:  Batman Jesus is not dead!)

Well, what say we put him behind a rock and see what happens, huh?

(Eric Idle:  are you saying Batman Jesus has seen his last Easter?)

Well, we are not exactly sure he ever saw his first Easter.

(Eric Idle: he will see it, he is not dead!)

Batman Jesus is as dead as Donald Trump's seventy-year-old schlong.

(Eric Idle:  oh no.  Batman Jesus isn't coming back either, is he?)

Viagra won't help Batman Jesus, I'm afraid.

(Eric Idle:  it won't help Donald Trump's schlong either!)

You want to crucify him as well?

(Eric Idle:  well, the cross is still there, isn't it.  Think of how much he would dig it!)

The Travails of Life Without Curried Food

Hopefully you have not faced the horror of life without curry in which existence is boring, probably political, and always full of commercials for food you would never want to eat (e.g. fried chicken at Chili's).

The only way to create a palate flatter and less interesting than that of Texas is if you're born in a McDonald's ... and never leave it.  The Texans discovered chili powder and decided that was it for cooking.  However, someone also came up with the idea of chicken-fried steak so they won't last long enough to spread their silly ideas about food anyway.

The lament of the absence of Indian food was related to Lotho and this exchange happened:

Peas InOurThyme

to Lotho
This IS the Indian family (larfs) if I can just find me some of that Patak's curry paste!  That and a couple of chicken breasts and I can be the Maharishi of Bird!

On Thu, Mar 31, 2016 at 7:01 PM, Lotho wrote:
There is some Indian family is the area. You just havent found it yet

(Ed:  using curry paste is cheating!)

Hey, for curried food, I will cheat like (fill in name of NASCAR team you hate) at the Daytona 500!

Patak's can be found at Amazon ... if you don't mind going to a bookstore for your food market and it's ok paying twice what it should properly cost plus paying for shipping to get it.  The Silas wants curry but not that bad, mates.

(Ed:  sure you want it that bad!)

True enough, matey, but I ain't willin' to get flogged for it!

Update:  some content removed due to contest of wages Amazon pays its workers.  It may be much better than its reputation suggests.

(Ed:  no way I am eating hot curry!)

Heya, Cowboy Bob, are you a fookin' Texan or some sissyboy who mostly eats beans and only gets the good stuff when his mommy cooks it for him??

(Cowboy:  who you callin' a sissy, you carpetbaggin' Northern Yankee?  Colt .45 and I will tell you all about sissies!)

Oh gee, look at that.  Did you get that at Amazon, honey?

Kisses.

Note:  Patak's also has a Mild Curry Paste.

(Ed:  for Texans?)

That's our guess, matey mate.
