Reverend Silas T Sasquatch with the Springtime in the Morgue Prank (video)

Never before told in video, the Best Practical Joke of All Time is now here.  Unfortunately, the dead people are still dead.  If you want to do something scary this Halloween, you have two primary choices:  go to a haunted house for ten bucks ... or ... go to an anatomy lab for free.  Who can pass up on a deal like that, certainly not Dagwood Bumstead.  And so the story begins.

Sleep well, Dagwood, wherever you are.

What? Somebody Bought It?

Somebody actually bought "Abandoning Paradise" and somebody in Britain bought something else but I gave up trying to find out what it was.  I'm pretty sure only the two books are still listed as I took the CDs down a long time ago.

So I made $4.28 so who says a dangerous ride and six months of writing doesn't pay off, huh.

(Note:  that's on both of them.  "Abandoning Paradise" makes me $2.10.  Tell me I didn't hit the lottery, Dagwood.)

What I'll do is get travelin' now as you can get a house in Sicily for one euro if you can commit to fixing it.  I think you must commit to putting five thousand euros into the place in renovation and then the deal is done.  The coolness is that it draws like-minded people, motivated, probably young, probably bright ... it's potentially a Bussana Vecchia or something approaching that vibe.

These sorts of offers are not uncommon in Italy and the same is true in Spain.  These won't be places on the beach with the surfers but they'll somewhere close enough you can go there when you like.  In my experience, it's vastly better to live near a tourist place than in it.

The trouble with the sale is the book doesn't represent.  It's not the same as "Abandoning Paradise" on the Web as I ripped out practically everything from Scotland except the cool bits.  It wasn't to whitewash anything but rather to chuck anything that didn't need to be said.

The book kind of shames me as it's not the best I can do.  It was at the time but it isn't anymore.  Releasing the whizbang new and improved doesn't help whomever already bought it as that impression is already made.  I didn't do anything with it as why bother when no-one buys it.  But then someone did.

This is the same reason I have not put the CDs back up.  They were ok for when they were but they aren't ok now.  I do not want them representing me.  Maybe the Live at Luxor but definitely not the others.

Aha.  An answer for the moment.  I will change my Web site to say there's a better version for free.  Read that instead.  That gives me space to redo the book which will be one ton of work.  It's not that I particularly want to do that but there are only two choices:  fix it or take it down.

Reverend Silas T Sasquatch Chomps Greta van Susteren Like a Shark Chomps a Surfer

Yes, I do recognize this is way out of hand.  This, in large part, is why I do it.

And I do it because I can.  I like Sasquatch and he has amused me for years.  I don't know what he will say, there is no script.

Reverend Silas T Sasquatch on Cops and the Village People

Little Timmy asked today how come all American cops look like they are on their way to an audition to be dancers for the Village People?

When the GMO Eskimos Come, You Forget All About ISIS

When you mix GMO, Monsanto and Eskimos, you've got to expect some problems.

You might want to give some serious thought to the clear and present danger as a single Eskimo can kill a polar bear and he doesn't do it with some wimpy Middle Eastern roadside bomb.  He takes a section of bone that's flexible enough to bend.  Then he shapes it into points on each end with serrated edges along the side.

This is like Hunting for Executives as Eskimos don't do anything.  They bend that piece of bone double and then wrap it up in blubber.  Leave that where you think a polar bear will find it and then wait.

When the polar bear eats the blubber bone thing, digestion will take care of the blubber and then the bone springs open where it slashes up the polar bear from the inside.  The Eskimo follows the blood trail and then somehow drags it home.

The threat is imminent, it's real, and it's from people who don't need a Winchester to be bad-ass.

Be ever vigilant.

This one takes a different turn and maybe a wrong one in not going for laughs too much but the other choice was doing one on Monsanto and GMO Eskimos.  I still might.  Dunno

Big Damage to Fort Worth in Storm

The storm I mentioned that stopped my show did more than disrupting the event as it knocked a wall down in the Fort Worth Stockyards and that place is a huge tourist draw for old time Cowtown.  Big Texas steaks and rodeo, yeehaw.  I have not been down there so I don't know the extent of the damage but I do know cars were taken out by all the stuff that fell.  Looks like quite a mess.

The update is most for Tatiana / Yevette / Daisy / I don't remember any others:  there is no damage to the Fort Worth Rock House and the critters are all fine.

Reverend Sasquatch Goes Downtown in a Remix by Vaavi

Perhaps you think there is some difficult in remixing the good Reverend Silas T Sasquatch since he doesn't sing nor does he play an instrument more complex than a marijuana pipe.

Vaavi did the remix on the SoundCloud and you can talk to him as Ethan Kyrgyz in Second Life.  Here is a link to his Marijuana Rabbits Ft Reverend Silas.  (He is cool as he asked my permission before releasing it and of course I gave it)

Incredible how the good Reverend gets around, isn't it!

Updated:  there are spelling errors sometimes but most of the performers with whom I interact are not English and their command of English is considerably better than mine of German so I have no room to criticize.

Reverend Silas T Sasquatch Asks God for Money (video)
