The Greek cemetery was much different from any I had seen previously. Many of the graves sites have portraits and memorabilia of whomever is buried here.
All of the graves are above-ground for another radical difference between Greek burials and elsewhere.
When a couple is buried together in this way then present portraits of both of them.
Even without knowing this young man, we know quite a bit about him.
The jam-packed crowding isn't so surprising when you consider this was the only cemetery in Pyrgos and that's apparently the situation generally in Green when typically burial is not their first choice.
