"Song for Yevette and her Life" | Silas Scarborough | Ride the Dragon Podcast

"Song for Yevette and her Life" was recorded a few minutes ago and here are the links.

Direct:  Song for Yevette and her Life

File type:  AIFF (full audio resolution)

File size:  46.1 MB

Yevette heard it and said, "Thank you," but I told her it isn't about thanks.

The thanks from the song are from me and they don't look for thanks in return.

Those who know The Situation know every word of it is real.  I didn't sing it since I wanted to make it up as I went.

Thank you to all at The Center for some of the most extraordinary human sensitivity I have ever seen in my life.  I saw how they took care of Yevette and far more than I ever hope any of you have to see in your own lives.  You can prevent it and you already know how.

There's more to the song but that's ok since I'm not really sure what's in that part, I just know it's there.  It definitely goes up to Bm and plays from there.  That's not really life from the darkness when it wasn't dark with Am but there's still the lift and a relatively soft one which says it without slapping you with it.

The song will evolve because there's only one day in life when you die and this will not be that day.

It gutted me to even try to play it earlier and I don't think it's necessary to explain why but I don't think I could anyway.

Peace
