Cultural echoes
Colombian street artist Guache is known for combining ancestral imagery with geometric patterns and shapes. His vibrant work can be found all over Bogotá.
For more of the street art in Bogota, see The Guardian: Graffiti brightens the streets of Bogotá – in pictures.
None of the work is credited beyond Instagram. Unknown meaning to that but it doesn't affect the art.
Probably everyone is familiar with Banksy's work and the Left calls it art while the Right calls it vandalism but so it goes. He has a unique style and presentation but you see as well Guache has his own.
Ed: Banksy with island colors!
In fact, no, as this is Guache with island colors.
Here are island colors, Michigan style, from my Twitter friend, Leah Nadeau.

Ms Nadeau cracked me right up earlier. She's a commercial artist but she's an indie and she needs exposure for her work so she tagged multiple political threads on Twitter with it.
That's the spirit! Hear, hear!
Note: yes, that was an active plug for her work since I've previously seen more of it and she has a vivid style. She doesn't look personally aggressive but her mind is full of life and color.
Hopefully you know what I mean since we know on sight with some people, that one eats too much beef and never eats the vegetables.
Ed: maybe she's a young Mystery Lady?
You won't know if you don't follow her, will you now.
