CNN was never a source of news regarding the attack at the Planned Parenthood yesterday and their coverage after the fact gives ample reason why CNN is rarely a resource for news on anything.
The reference article, "Colorado Planned Parenthood shooting: 3 dead, suspect captured", was developed with the combined efforts of CNN's Ariane DeVogue, Polson Kannath, Pam Brown, John Berman, John Newsome, Keith Allen, Kyung Lah, Jason Hanna, Josh Berlinger, Kim Hutcherson, Michael Martinez and Nelson Quiñones contributed to this report.
The article presents a substantial chunk of information regarding the cop who was killed, Garrett Swasey, but, as with almost all coverage yesterday, there was no significant mention of the civilians who were killed and who were no more deserving of such a fate than Garret Swasey. There is even a picture of the cop ... and it took thirteen of CNN's finest to locate even that. For the civilians, all these so-called reporters found almost nothing.
(Ed: thirteen? I see only ten.)
Only ten? Indeed.
There are three more with actual bylines on the article:
By Catherine E. Shoichet, AnneClaire Stapleton and Greg Botelho, CNN
